@@adventurearchaeology enjoyed the video..🥰🥰
Hey man, really enjoyed your video.
Little bit past my creek walking days but I sure do wish I could!!! Had to have both my hips replaced and just don't have the strength to stand up in current. It's really aggravating... So I have to live vicariously through people like you.❤❤😊😊
I just subscribed 🎉❤

Welcome to this awesome family🥰

@@marybratton1766 Welcome to the channel!
This is new to me-I’m a 70 year old in Indiana and you’re in the water-anywhere that’s my idea of heaven! …will be enjoying this beauty AND your commentary! PEACE!
It's nice when you mention the history of bottles and talk about the different tops and years they were made
As a teenage in Washington State, I travel the rivers, streams, and creeks looking for agates and would tumble them. This show reminds me of doing that and brings back great memories, thank you!
Best way to start the day: a creek walk! Beats Black Friday Shopping any day!!!!!❤❤
I went on black Friday shopping once. When a shoe flew by my head, that was enough for me! 😊
Right on! I love walking the creeks. Been doing it for 35 plus years.
Love that you gave a tidbit about watching out for hunters while you're doing this. May you find lots of treasure on your way!
I love that old stopper! I'm a beach glass collector on Lake Erie. You wouldn't think that it gets all the wonderful frosting of ocean glass but it does. Stoppers are a rarity. I love the color of the Milk of Magnesia bottle! Cornflower blue is not very common. Hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Only one company in the US made the cobalt blue color, somewhére in Ohio I believe. It was thought it could emit radioactiveness. (noxzrma milk of mag.). They stopped using glass, now plastic blue for some years now.
Thanks for the creek walk. I miss mine, but it's way too cold
I think the idea of making lights with them is a great idea! Thanks for showing your table full of your cleaned up collection.
you can also make windchimes, hummingbird feeders, covers for beginning plants (when the seeds need moisture and protection from bugs/birds), etc.
You are a walking talking fine archeologist of old glass. Your knowledge of the varied glass you pull out of the water is truly amazing AND sooo fun to watch and learn.!
I'm a retired history teacher. LOVE the video and all your treasures!!!!!
Appreciate learning the history.
Take a period stopper that is broken and suspend it to make a bell of sorts or even use a large marble. I love watching how you upcycle and do the processes. Keep on
Hey Brandon. I love your videos. In fact you actually encouraged me to start Bottle hunting. Of course started out slow trying to find some new spots until I eventually did discovering 1930 Dr Pepper‘s and medicines. And now as of today, I now have a great bottle collection of all the way from bottles from the 30s to the 80s and 60s.I just wanna give you a big thanks for recording your videos and getting me on my Bottle hunting hobby
Thank u so much for taking all the glass out and preventing animals and humans from getting cut ! Finding things in riverbeds is like a walk in time . Be Safe !!
Sitting here with the cat in my arms, watching you treasure hunt. Good times!❤
Today the news was really getting on my nerves and I wanted to find something helpful and peaceful and educational. I landed here and I'm so thankful. Thanks for letting me tag along in the creek with you. Perfect antidote to the awful news cycle.
You are a great guy.. Cleaning up this stream is a huge help cleaning our community
I saw a woman who used old bottles in her garden. She put lights in them & hung them by the neck. Tree looked so kewl! My 1st time here. I love this stuff. Scuba Jake, depths of history, Nug. So glad to find your channel. Keep up the good work! 🙂
@@pamelawoolen5731 Welcome to the channel!
I'm so glad you're still walking the creeks...even with leaky waders, Brandon! Nice finds! And I love the cleanup videos!❤
I appreciate that you’re cleaning up the river at the same time as treasure hunting!
First time seeing your channel… I’ve been watching a woman mudlarking on the Thames River, so it’s nice to see someone doing it on the US soil too.
@@louisegogel7973 Welcome to the channel!!
@@adventurearchaeologyThank you!
Btw… the other channel is Nicola White Mudlark. It’s a whole different story collecting on the Thames river with the tides always changing from a creek. Both hold fascinating histories. You just have to approach the mudlarking differently for each environment.
One thing I like about the end of her channel, is a review of what she finds and whatever of the history she has gleaned from she brings in from her finds. Since this is my first time with your channel, maybe you do so as well sometimes.
Maybe add up the weight of glass you find that you bring to recycling as well as a display of the treasure of that day.
Santa needs to bring Brandon a new pair of waders.
I like your idea of turning cut-off tops of bottles as light fixtures.
Pendent lights are popular and hanging a few over a console or accent table would be cool looking.
Using as a small accent light to illuminate and highlight a small treasure. Just a thought, and thanks for the creek walk!
Thanks for the walk in nature ...so relaxing. Always enjoy your videos...til next time..🥰🥰
Great bottle hunt Brandon. I've seen that people make some really nice wind chimes out of old spoon, fork and knives.
Always enjoy a good creek walk video 😁
Thanks! I enjoy exploration. In 1959 - 1960 my family lived in Brewton and at the age of 3 I used to chase crawdads in the creek near our house. I remember the water then was crystal clear, this is fun to watch and reflect.
Beautiful day for the creek! Thanks, as always, for sharing.
Thanks for taking me to your favorite creek.
I love the cleaning videos! Seeing the before/after and having the process explained is fascinating.
Great job! The bottles and marbles you find are so amazing! I love the older stuff too.
Always enjoy these creek walks Brandon. Hope you never stop doing them! Liking that cut off hutch top...it would make a cool little lamp topper. Also, hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Take care, be safe and God bless!
Love the creek walking
I bought waders just because of you, Brandon. I've had them for a year...I just don't know where to go looking!!
Learn the history of your town or nearby towns. Like bottling plants, homes, hotels, bridges, restaurants, and saloons (if where you live is that old) and just search down creek of them.
@@theblaydemeister7895 cool, will do. thanks! I live in an Atlanta, GA suburb, so probably plenty of old Coke bottles. But I'm sure they're picked over pretty good.
Digging boots work better but I get the insulated winter ones only thing is if the water is really deep then the waders are better..
I too just bought waders... and I live in Miami. The rivers we have look nothing like yours! I have dreams of traveling up north to detect, forests and rivers. Miami simply is not old enough to dig up old coins or artifacts. And the few areas, Coconut Grove and like, are protected by law... no detecting allowed. :-(
Thank you for having your hobby and sharing with us.
Nice creek! It always delivers
❤❤😊
Those tumbled bottles look great!
I also watched the tumbling video and really enjoyed it ☺️
You’re a good man Brandon God bless you and your family! So happy you took care of the little dog.
Love all the information you share while doing the creek walking! Keep it up!
Bottle tops make beautiful sounding wind chimes and they are beautiful shining in the sunlight❣ Mix the different colors and class thicknesses for unique sounds. I would definitely buy one from your site❣
Hey Brandon! Love the stopper! I try to leave a few comments for the algorithm!
I love the cleaning videos. More please, sir.
I vote for that too!
Thank u for taking me on a journey I’m no longer able to make on own. Such a delightful discovery and relaxing way to start my morning.
The creek videos are my favorite.
I enjoyed watching this late Saturday afternoon!! 🧡all your videos. Maranda could make an assemblage using a antique bottle with no bottom. People make an arrangement of sorts. She could maybe put a little bottle brush tree under and fairy lights and sit bottle half on an old saucer. Little touches like fake snow tiny miniatures etc. However you choose to display will be awesome. Creek walks bottle dump digging any thing your family puts out is wholesome family entertainment for young and oldsters alike.👏
I absolutely LOVE the stopper!
It is amazing how nice you make those bottles look. I remember finding bottles in the creek when I was a kid, and they were always stained and pitted from rocks. I had no idea you could use a tumbler to make them look new.
Nice job!
Sorry about your cleaning video. I didn't watch it because I thought that I had seen it before, not realizing that it was a new one! I'll have to go back and watch it! Stay warm!
Fighting Black Friday crowds? Nah, I’ll watch Brandon walk the creek!! Thanks for another great video!!
Same. I'm glad for Amazon. Beats fighting the crowds.
Deer go to water when hurt, helps to find them. That Ball jar was really nice keep them coming
I look forward to your videos on Friday morning with a cup of coffee!
I love to watch mud larking! Thank you for sharing your adventures!
What a clear, beautiful creek! Great way to start the day!
I love seeing the old items you find in the creeks keep them coming
So glad you guys up cycle 🔄 what you find. Great video thanks for taking us along!
I love your creek walks. So relaxing listening to you describe the finds and to hear the birds, trains and water sounds. I found a dump in a creek in a cemetery years ago when I was working. I just wish I could remember where it was. :-)
Your content is always enjoyable to watch. Today's episode was no different. Thanks.
Hello from Perth, Western Australia! Keep them eyes peeled!
Had a friend that made a mosaic table top out of broken antique china plates. Beautiful. I like your lamp idea.
That water was so clear! I love the elephant bottomless Hutch hope❤
I find it very interesting to watch you find a bottle and then clean it and up cycle it! I also like to hear the history, age, and value of the things you find. Keep it up!
Yep, I'd sit through those too!
I like that you take out the broken garbage. Thanks for what you do 💕🌼💕🌼😢
Fantastic Day out !! Was a fun watch, thanks for sharing.
I'm looking forward to seeing the up-cycle bottle lamps! :-)
Love your videos....a combination of beautiful scenery and exciting finds!❤❤❤
I used to dig for old bottles when I was a kid and found some really cool ones like a pumpkin seed purple sun turned whiskey bottle. Anyway, I'm enjoying your hunt in the creek! Thank for sharing!
Love the idea of glass covering miniature collection of porcelain, glass shards, marbles--collectors things!😊
I always enjoy your videos. I love glass. Old bottles and or bowls and such. I really love Murano of course. lol but really all glass. I enjoyed the bottle cleaning video. I’ve never seen how it’s done before. Very interesting
this is the type of video I love just walking the creek!
Sitting in my living room favorite chair watching you do your searching. Plus love your explanations of what your finding.
Love this channel. Been watching now for a long time so just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your family for sharing such great videos ❤
Had fun! Thanks!
Keep doing your thing, brother and sisters

Thanks for sharing your great bottle adventures Brandon! I look forward to the release every Friday!
Absolutely enjoyed learning something new today and will be putting it to great use very soon. But for now I'm headed over to the tumbling video. Thank You for sharing.
Great show. Thank you for clearing up the creek. I come from a railroad family and loving hearing trains.
I am pretty sure that die is ivory. Fantastic find and love it!❤
Oh our favourite was the spoon yu found 😊.Thanks for sharing your hunting trip Greetings from England 🇬🇧 Simon and Beth ❤❤❤
❤.
I’ve seen more than a few videos in this category. I’ve learned more from just this one video than several others. Well presented!
I've just found your channel tonight and have watched several of your videos already, I'm hooked!! I've subscribed too, don't want to miss a video! I used to love to hunt fossils, and anything of interest since I was 6 years old....I'm 71 now and can't go hunt anymore, but I can tag along with you!! Thank you for your videos!! Stay safe out there!
17:34 I have had the same idea. Mini desk lamps. Just turn out a little wooden base, inset the bottle, and some electronics, done.
Nice video Brandon looks cold!
Great creek walk! Like your shows.
I enjoy every once in a while watching you pull a unique bottle out of the tumbler and cleaning it. It is pleasing especially seeing before and after shots. Thanks for another video. As a side note, I do hope you and your family had a blessed and joyful Thanksgiving.
Thank you Brandon as I've said in the past, I'm rehabbing my injured foot so I can't go out and do what you do but I appreciate going along with you on your adventures. I've purchased a old Vernors bottle with a metal cage top, because I have never seen one and I think that it's super cool. Because of my situation I'll watch everything that you put out. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife and daughter.
Keep doing what you’re doing. I know you’re having a lot of fun and I’m having fun watching you do it.👍🏻😁
Nice finds
Enjoying your video with my kids as usual. Thanks for taking us along!
Love watching your videos!
You could make bells out of the bottomless bottles. Add a cork to it with a string or something, and you could use an old marble for the clapper... could be neat!
Thanks Brandon 👍🏻
I enjoy watching you once in awhile..
Another awesome video
your videos are so fun to watch! I love how it almost feels like I am out there in the creek with you.
I found the bottle cleaning video really interesting, I'd love to see more of it
I really love all your videos and wish I could come along!!!❤
Very good video this morning. Hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving
Anything history is interesting. You are so knowledgeable. Enjoy watching.😊
I like to learn more about cleaning bottles, so I vote that you keep the cleaning and tumbling videos coming now and then. Good info.
