I have a question, Does the medical at beginning of first lap follow behind F1 cars through the whole of first lap? Coz F1 are too quick they might lap him. What usually happens?

None of them have private shifts. The catering comes from the Team kitchen.

Also, for the drivers parade in SG race, I noticed that the cars used for the Ferrari and Mercedes drivers are always their works brand.

Yes. Sits in the safety/medical car garage or just in front of it.

Does each track have their own dedicated announced calling the race?
Yes, they have a local announcer but F1 sends an English announcer for races
