For my experience it “seems” that everybody can be NPCs..for someone’s else experience. Thru someone unknowingly said something that somehow feels like universe is speaking or doing something to me challenges and poking . It’s like the Agent Smith in matrix movie who can switch into anyone but for a good course😂. No joke it’s my experience only. There are also numerous people that I loose contact thru the years who had gave me or share with me knowledge that I couldn’t find anymore. They are just not awakened, not enough conected with the spirit and the levels of existence and don ' t realise the illusion of separation . But they can change and transform and conect with their spirit , soul and purpose. They are also one with the supreme Being, Brahman, Universal Consciousness, but not understand it at this point. They dont see but can awake and transform . So we must be grateful and empathetic with them and no condemn and not be judgemental with those people. Peace , Love , Compassion and assistance.
You talk about how NPC can grow and evolve through interaction, but so can AI, so we need to be careful with which abilities we give AI, or we may end up in a real life Terminator movie

Not only Dolores Canon but Guy Needler of History of God and Origin speakes, fame validated their existence as a group of entities non soul karmaless ,that are used on various planets and civilizations in physical universe, as backdrop people.
They are only there to provide necessary hurdles and obstacles to enable learning of lessons.
It's a group not subject to evolution process and possibility.
They are God's AIs or Robots.
These people have no souls. They are nit real players they are here to suck the life out of you.

I am wondering if this is what happens when children who are the victims of painful paedophile abuse are talking about when they speak of other people, that only they can detect, with different personalities, genders and ages coming forward into their body and conscious mind and sending them into a place of inability to feel the unbearable physical pain. Although they may or may not be concious of the abuse that is happening to them .
I have read of a few of these experiences and one victim said she had help from a middle aged truck driver man, and a teenage boy and one was a 4 year old girl younger than herself but who, though acted like a child, was more wise than the other personalities.
There were many more personalities helping her and some would even have a little dislike of another as their personalities clashed, but they all cared greatly for the child victim.
They also spoke of their jobs or careers that they either used to have or had at that present time....I'm not sure.

I wonder if this canon lady ever had the guts to tell someone they were an npc. Don't talk about it if you're not willing to point out who are or aren't. Not very compassionate to have to tell someone they're nothing more than a tool with no soul for people with souls.
This is so out of touch with the truth of reality. Almost as though it was written by a soulless AI. God have mercy on this person if not.
