JJ is so full of shit. He doesn't care? But he constantly talks about it. And he's constantly trying to bring Jordan down. He most certainly does care. And he's also extremely biased.
Yep JJ will have to look back at this and accept that he lost his integrity and sold himself to the devil (The Queen James) for an extra buck! 🤦🏻
@@Shaz-Daz JJ may have lost integrity to neutral fans but strengthen it to LeBron fans. The NBA community reminds of politics hollering for their guys and I say MJ is the GOAT 😂
I mean he’s a college star and a mediocre pro, so he must have a lot of salt in his brain
@@dawdle525 salt in his brain 🤣 JJ is full of salty shit because his past sucked. He's the Jerry Krause of NBA "experts"
Of course, he's a Dookie. Hated him ever since then. Little rat. Hope he gets hired by the Lakers and looks like a fraud.
Nobody was more dominant and unguardable as MJ. He schooled, embarrassed, and humiliated his opposition.
Not according to George Karl
No,
Even Michael Jordan HIMSELF said
He's not "A SHAQ"
SHAQ = MOST DOMINANT
MJ = 🐐
lebron doesn't get bored because lebron is a loser
😁😂😭
That’s why he left as soon Lebron got drafted.
Nah, his opponents are underwhelming compared to todays NBA
"I don't care about the GOAT debate" while unzipping LBJ's trousers is some hilarious stuff JJ. Real comedy here, brother.
"I don't [care] truly." JJ YOU F***ING LIAR!
JJ's a Duke guy, constantly looking to dethrone the Tar Heel holding the #1 spot.🤣🤣🤣
100%
Bruh, c'mon. It's not that deep.
He was trash in the NBA accomplished nothing. He shooting the three that's was it .
What you expect. Wouldn’t you ride for your team😂
You are absolutely right I never looked at it like that. That's why he has that MJ hate in his heart..
Jj is so far up LeBalco’s arse!😂😂😂
He does his podcast with lebron of course he is not o jective with him
More like the other way around 😵💫
Jordan was like watching a demi god out there. He was so magical out there it's like he wasn't even real.
Like as a kid in the 90s. We literally thought he could fly. If you started playing the bulls intro theme right now I'd get PARALYZING CHILLS. IM 42!!
44 here. Jordan is perfection on the court. JJ must have been shunned by Mike at some event.
45 here. I definitely remember the feeling and share that same sentiment.
41 in august…the bulls theme is legendary and MJ is the goat. Witnessing with your own eyes MJ Kobe and Lebron….its no question MJ. Kobe is 2 Lebron can be 3
It’s why it’s so crazy to me how younger lebron fans have this growing narrative that Jordan being the greatest is propaganda and manipulated by the nba. Yo go watch the footage his game looks different than any player I’ve seen. I’ve never seen anyone freestyle a shot reacting to the defense in the air like him and as often as him.
I watched bulls growing up,but I was never in some short shock and awe. This is why I considered Kobe greater than Jordan because he didn't care put jordan on n some pedestal black Jesus? He said you mean Mike?
Jj trying so hard to change the narrative for Lebron
When have you heard someone say it was like playing with god reference a player. Shaq, AI, etc say it’s MJ. How is this even still a conversation. Longevity, James hands down. Greatest player to ever set foot on a court, Jordan. I get it makes for good debates but it’s laughable at this point
💯💯💯
Lebron’s is nice, no doubt but imo, his longevity is tied to chasing goat status. Jordan walked away knowing what he did on the court was in a space of its own. If he easily wanted the points title, we all know he could have easily obtained it.
Yeah in 10 years LeBron convo will be like Kareem once was - top 3 player, defined several eras, crazy longevity and unbreakable career scoring record. But MJ is and will continue to be on another level - 6 of 6 with 6 finals mvps, 5 mvps, 10 scoring titles, 3 steals titles, mvp+scoring title+dpoy+all star mvp+dunk champion in the same season.. if Even someone as illustrious as LeBron couldn’t equal MJ, it says a lot.
Longevity 💉💉💉
MJ 🐐
Kobe Bryant said the same exact thing , “It’s one thing watching him play, its another thing playing against him.” 🙌🦅🇵🇸
MJ🐐 and no one can convince me otherwise because I saw MJ and Lebron played. I saw Lebron choke with the Miami heats and MJ never had such moment!
The Magic went to an NBA final within 6 years of existence. How is it water down team/NBA?!
yep shaq and penny were an expansion team lol... same with heat with alonzo/hardaway
@@scoop2448were you alive during that era
It wasn't. JJ pretending like those teams went out to the streets and asked rando's if they'd like to play in the NBA...
JJ is always credible but by saying those things about MJ makes him totally the opposite. JJ be careful you are in your start of your journalist career. dont become the next Nick Wright
nobody plays defense in the NBA. 25 pts in todays NBA is different than 25 pts in Michael Jordan era .
Facts. We will see more guys with 25k pts during this era at any point in the history of the game. The playoffs, look a little better defense wise. But it's still suspect hoops
True is like MLB in the steroids era everybody make 500 homeruns easily
Louder so the genz people at the back can hear.
Exactly. Luka, who is great, is already getting points, assists and rebounds at a higher rate than LeBron did in his first 6 seasons.
I love how hard shaq reps for Kobe after his passing. Kobe is my goat
he knows ball.. Only dumb people if you're gonna put kobe out on the goat convo
-- Kobe is great. But the reason why I don't have him in my GOAT list? MJ did it better. 6 rings (w/ 6 FMVPs vs Kobe's 5 rings and 2 FMVP), 5 MVPs (vs 1), 10 scoring titles (vs 2).
If I want a killer in the closing minute of a game? MJ, Bird --- then Kobe over LePasser.
There is a difference betweem the goat and your favorite player.
My fav is Curry and of course MJ is the goat.
@@jlui21 I'm a big Kobe fan, and always knew MJ was a little better. But I also suspect people are ignorant when they don't even put Kobe or Bird in their top 5 or 6. They had that end of game killer mentality, but they were aggressive from tipoff to final buzzer, every game. Offense and defense. Both were smaller than LBJ, but more alpha. Outside of MJ at #1, I think there are valid arguments for MANY greats in the 2-10 spots of all time.
Jordan is still the greatest ever play. That's why everyone still wears his shoes and wears his number
JJ is a shameful clown.
LeJJ at it again
JJ not star struck, yet everyone one at the top 75 NBA players, All Star weekend were still in awe and star struck when Mike pulled up. JJ out here capping
I"m so proud of JJ for wearing his hat cap-forward. Colin would be proud as well!
MJ GREATEST OF ALL TIME 🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀💯🎉 BULLS 🐂🐃
JJ just lied when he said 90 players got added to the league. 6 teams x 12 roster spots = 72 and those 6 teams didn't pick guys off the street, they picked guys that were playing in the NBA
The 90 was based on the 15 player roster maximum
@@desmondwilliams3360
1971-76 11 active players
1976-77 12 active players
1977-81 11 active players
1981-05 12 active players
2005-12 15 players (12 active 1-3 inactive)
Bro you a little slow, if they picked up players from other teams in the nba then those teams now gotta fill those missing roster spots.
He also failed to mention that there are more undrated players playing today than at any other time in NBA history. Not only that, the same expansion teams he criticize were better then than they are now. He contradicts himself constantly on the topic.
jj talking to SHAQ who was on an expansion team that became great lol. plus they had penny
I wondered if he’d be as good for that long without balco
The expansion argument again, holy dumb points JJ. It didn’t water down the entire league lol but it did make a couple wins easier to obtain, but the cream still rose to the top and the competition was relative.
Like he was beating expansion teams in the playoffs. JJ is shameless.
Where not bringing up 3x Steals leader, 9x 1st team all defense and defensive player of the year? MJ only scored? Over their careers, LeBron average 1 more rebound and 2 more assist.
And was more efficient shooting even in the clutch
And if MJ played 21 seasons he would average bellow 30pts and also less rebounds and asists in career overall
@@HakunaMatataHakuna_matata069he’d average more considering he’s took a 2 year break in his prime and retired in his prime as well lol Scottie even aid if he hadn’t retired they win.2 more and he still lowered his oof playing at an older age than lebron is now stfu
People also forget that they had MJ at point guard in 89 towards the end of the season and during that stretch he was one rebound off from avg a 30 point triple double. Lebron benefited massively from how the league has become position less, which allows him to be a point forward.
Michael Jordan won his first titles with a final series with an average of 11.5 assists
Am I the only one who thinks GOAT, this word is not just enough to explain and describe Michael Jordan? He's more like a descended god himself to show us how to play this ballgame, basketball. He completed this ballgame.
We know nobody will show us anything better. It's the mythology in the era of science like a Greek mythology including comedy and tragedyㅡ for people who were born before and around 80s.
Lucky us, we'd witnessed the finest play and narrative and...we just get to know that it was last dance, nothing will ever be over his legacy and nothing will be as beautiful and inspirational as his play.
THANKS GOD, THANKS MIKE
I can’t imagine being a dude that says the phrase “lost in the sauce” and have my legs crossed like that
JJ ain’t even a starter in the nba back then. No defence and passion
What I noticed about MJ’s film is he guarded the point of attack, if you ever got the ball, you were going to have your nuts checked by MJ himself at some point in the game, and that’s where fear would come in
Hearing jj reddick talk is as entertaining as watching paint dry.
I still don't understand how they leave out Tim Duncan. greatest power forward ever an he's 5-1 in the finals.
blame the media. And nut riders like JJ and Nick Wright.
I agree, Duncan to me is in my top 10 far ahead of LeBALCO, I will never pick losers over real winners.
Cause his game was boring as shit
He was never better than Kobe when they were at the peak of their powers. Newer fans and people who didn't actually watch the era like to retroactively say Duncan was on the same level or even better but they clearly haven't watched a single game from that era.
@@steveshin820 huh? Tim Duncan was incredible.
The league was not watered down by adding a couple teams in the 90s. They didn't take random guys off their couches to fill those rosters. They took players from every other team.
Scoring 25 now doesn't mean the same as... scoring 25 in 1990! No one is allowed to play defense in today's NBA.... period. The NBA now is only flag football with nearly everyone travelling.
Bro really commenting this when the T wolves just performed the best display of defense in the history of the nba. Talk about a dumb comment
@@latortugapicante719talk about exposing yourself thinking you are a basketball smart while being a moron 😂.
@@latortugapicante719 Bulls holding Jazz to 54 points in game 3 of the 98 finals is the best display of team defense in the history of the NBA
@@poocrayon4588 of course the bulls could do that, all they have to do is double team malone and it's over😂, lol try this today double team other players and boom three's would be raining 😂😂
Jj with the legs crossed I'm every interview mangina😂
3:44 and every player today would get called for carrying 35 times a game if they played in the previous era. Yeah, its different.
Hey JJ there’s a quote from Lebron saying the league has too many teams early in his career so that was watered down. Those teams back in the day added were good. Shaq was one of one
They weren’t lol that’s like saying adding a a few college teams to the nba, they would be good
@@MrMex44 they added 6 teams and half of them became good like 60 win magic with shaq/penny and heat with alonzo/hardaway.
You just agreed that it is really hard to keep a wining competitive edge, if that is so, then what does it say about a MJ for doing it in 2 three-peats?
My first thought that came to my mind. Even MJ said it. It gets harder to maintain that level when you already won.
Damn JJ and Shannon Sharpe must be great friends
Sneaking in a David Robinson slight 😂
It must be so miserable knowing the only way you can make money is by being a troll.
Shaq be cussing like crazy 😂😂😂
What are you talking about JJ? Jordan's era watered down compared to what? Compared to before '88 maybe. But not compared to today. Did number of teams shrink after MJ?
Great at load management, reduced back to backs, one 82 game season an done it at the highest level
Shaq: " a lot of people don't know this but I wanted to be like magic johnson... a 6'9'' point guard" ... I saw shaq live at the palace, the year he won his title with the Heat. I think it was D miles that said it best, you can be 7 feet tall... still look at shaq and be like... god damn thats a big MF.... The dude did the nastiest reverse I ever seen IRL then gave a wink to Ben Wallace afterwards
“Ray Allen was my idol” and Ray Allen’s idol was MJ but JJ says lebron is the goat lol
Also sports medicine, recovery and nutrition gets much better during the decades has contributed to longevity
MJ is a ducati and JJ is something an e-bike.
Jj wants to prove LeBron is the greatest so bad.. he can never give MJ any props. MJ in his prime, if he heard JJ talk, MJ would have that day circled for LeBron just to make JJ eat his words. Don't overlook Mikes competitiveness. That man kept his college roommate up all night until he won in monopoly lol. The game has evolved... you don't think MJ wouldn't evolve more in today's game? Yes.. yes he would
But Lebron doesn’t win and chooses who to play against and has injuries when he has to play dominant teams. Longevity 🤦♂️, it’s the worst argument eveeeerrrrr.
We get it JJ, you got a podcast with the man… we’ve seen the episodes… chill
Fuck out of here with “water down” Shaq and the magic reached the finals and weren’t even close to a decade of existence
All stars teaming up to make super teams didn't water the league down?
MJ would stun JJ's growth further playing ball 🏀...
Anthony the next one
1 min in and its about Bron.. you care JJ.
not even shannon sharpe can SUC* Le-flops James so much as this JJ reddick dude
He doesnt wanna do the goat debate but keeps talking about lebron, what he did etc... stfu JJ
I dont wanna get in the goat debate.
(Feels like 2 different vibes though:)
'He was the best young leader.' 😎
'So... what was his aura like...?' 😮
JJ, you were not in MJ caliber period. You cold not contain MJ. JJ struggle to give MJ his props. Opinion
JJ on Bron so hard he talking like they added 6 teams at one time...lol He wants that Lakers job...lol
When the discussion is about " Who's the greatest? " for sure its always subjective. But Mike's influence in Basketball is the greatest! Everyone wants to be like him. You want to play like him, you want to wear his shoes. I mean common man. He is second to none. His colleagues knows the magnitude Mike brings to the table. Even if he is with celebrities, they tell you, Mike is more famous than them. 😂
And it's only in the USA that people debate this trust me I am from India and the Basket Ball community is quite small compared to Cricket but almost everyone who knows and loves Basket Ball considers MJ the GOAT cuz he is the reason we started playing the sport
JJ needs to research more before saying things - how many roster spots then ? … 12 and now it’s 15 plus 10 day contracts so is it more watered down now?
No - nba level players are the elite and always have been since it became professional…
Stop pretending to be impartial while elevating Lebron and down playing MJ we can see what you’re doing
JJ's hate for MJ continues on LOL.
MJ is the goat 🐐
What happen if the NBA put the rules of the 80s and 90s this days?
so Bron also played in a water down league....Charlotte, New Orleans & Oklahoma City
Shaq go along with whoever he's talking to. How does the expansion water down the league?
JJ is probably really high in this conversation.
No, JJ the greatest is MJ without hesitation. There is no debate.
6:25
Jordan and then everybody else.
I hate the constant censoring.
JJ knows more about basketball that I ever will but I can't help but feel like I got dumber after listening to him talk.
Did shaq burp ??? 😂
This JJ fella loves to hear himself talk and it’s almost all senseless drivel.
In the eyes of the beholder LBJ is the greatest flopper and crybaby. The guy cant score without travel smh
He learned from Mj. MJs best shot he even pushed off.
Feel good about yourself now??? Smh 😂🤣💯
You're not wrong.
Lbj has bewitched those guys. For real !!! lol
“I don’t care!!” JJ cares more than anybody on the planet. He is obsessively, frighteningly in love with LBJ like a little girl looking at Tiger Beat and swooning over a celebrity. Scary.
JJ follows the current money.
“I don’t mean this to be controversial” 😒 Yeah, okay
JJ: when you're 22 and play against people you have on a pedestal, it's different.
Shaq: That was Jordan for Mr.
JJ: Really?
REALLY?! MAN WHAT! LIKE YOU SURPRISED 🤣🤣🤣
Question for the comments. Do you think Lebron’s longevity in the league has anything to do with the rule changes as it relates to fouls and overall play. Do you think Lebron could have played as many years through the late 80’s and 90’s where hacks Shaq was allowed?
MJ is just made different. He had the IT factor there has been nobody since. It is like seeing a fictional TV character brought to life.
WTH is his comment on water down? So if his argument is true then its still watered down now, no? Its more players now then back then, no?
Peak>longevity
Mj the best ever
Lebron is somewhere in the 8-12 range
JJ the lebron boy
If the newly added teams from the Jordan era are still in the league, then the league is just as watered down today as it was then. Either way you still have the best 300-350 basketball players in the world. JJ’s logic doesn’t hold up.
JJ's argument doesn't quite hold weight because you're still adding the best players in the world to those teams. Yeah you'll have that team struggle for a few years but it's not unlike the ordinary doings of the NBA.
Lebron is a great, great player and in my own personal rankings he's actually no.2 in my books. But MJ is no. 1 and I can't even see anyone coming close. MJ is a once in a lifetime player. There's the stars we all know about already, but for me what people forget about is how MJ played during the 80s and early 90s. MJ CAPTIVATED you. There's great skilled players today like Kyrie, Luka, Anthony Edwards, etc etc but they still don't excite me as much as MJ did. Something about the way MJ used to float in the air and do creative layups and dunk. There's a reason why they say, 'Wanna be like Mike' or 'Fly like Mike'.
I don't know about coping the best from other top NBAers, this dude was never in tiptop shape like Kobe, seriously what is he talking about??? 😂😂😂
No NBA player crosses their legs while sitting better than jj. No comedian does it better than shulz.😂
just jokes🤡 yall have a good day
👍🏿👍🏻❤
Yes Oke
Ya Maaf
Happy Cinco De Mayo
Meksiko 🇲🇽
Bobcat was not at jordan era this boy its crazy
We get it JJ you're a Lebron guy 😂
Mj goat
I don’t understand the dilution remark made by JJ.
Yes, I understand it mathematically/technically. There’s more people playing, so hypothetically, there’s less talent on each team.
But if you fast forward to today, there’s more teams, so you could say that the league is even more diluted today.
I’m not factoring in athleticism in each era. I’m just making a point to JJ’s dilution argument.
I don’t understand how it lessens Michael Jordan’s greatness unless you’re comparing him to people that came before him.
could anyone else smell Shaq's burp through the screen?
Cmon JJ..watered down? The hornets, magic and the heat..all new teams..were in the playoffs a good amount of times and had good players...shaq, penny, Glen rice, Larry Johnson, zo etc
LeBron is great at blaming teammates for a loss, for flopping all over the floor. For shopping for a team that can help him win a championship. Love when he does make a basket and walks toward the people flexing his bicep. I feel like I'm watching a comedian.
“I don’t care about the goat debate.” But I’m trying my damndest to put Lebron as the goat. Shut up JJ.
doesn't count the playoffs, he said, but he kept pushing with his argument that the league was watered down in the regular season. "The real season begins in April" JJ.
when it's about Russell winning 11 championships, the naysayers say he played in a 8 to 9-team NBA.
when it's about Jordan winning 6 championships, it's a watered down 30-team league.
make up your minds
