Lebron is a great, great player and in my own personal rankings he's actually no.2 in my books. But MJ is no. 1 and I can't even see anyone coming close. MJ is a once in a lifetime player. There's the stars we all know about already, but for me what people forget about is how MJ played during the 80s and early 90s. MJ CAPTIVATED you. There's great skilled players today like Kyrie, Luka, Anthony Edwards, etc etc but they still don't excite me as much as MJ did. Something about the way MJ used to float in the air and do creative layups and dunk. There's a reason why they say, 'Wanna be like Mike' or 'Fly like Mike'.
Bill Russell and Kareem have to be in the conversation too. 6 rings, 5 MVPs, all time leading scorer for the longest time. Russell has 11 rings, would've been MVP many times if it existed back then. The problem with Kobe is he doesn't have the stats, accolades and never dominated the league like MJ, Lebron and Russell. MJ never lost in the finals, Lebron went 10 times, Russell won 11 times. Kobe was only #1 for two of the finals and it doesn't matter what anyone says: it's a fact. Shaq was finals MVP all 3 years they were together, and regular season MVP once. Phil built the team around him and told Kobe to scale back because Shaq was #1. Shaq's finals numbers were crazy and he was one of the most dominant players ever. They had to hire players just to foul him because the only chance they had was him shooting free throws. Then look at Magic: he was finals MVP in his rookie year as a center when Kareem was injured. He has 3 MVPs, 3 finals MVPs including in his rookie year. And he revolutioned the PG position. Kobe is considered a copy of Jordan and not even the best SG ever. How is he above Magic?
Everyone’s great I didn’t even watch basketball before Kobe died but his work ethic is second to none and that why I choose Kobe because he inspires me to get shit done
When the discussion is about " Who's the greatest? " for sure its always subjective. But Mike's influence in Basketball is the greatest! Everyone wants to be like him. Even if he is with celebrities, they tell you, Mike is more famous than them. 😂

How is he above Magic?
not even shannon sharpe can SUC* Le-flops James so much as this JJ reddick dude
Everyone’s great I didn’t even watch basketball before Kobe died but his work ethic is second to none and that why I choose Kobe because he inspires me to get shit done
Shaq be cussing like crazy 😂😂😂
JJ is probably really high in this conversation.
MJ is just made different. He had the IT factor there has been nobody since. It is like seeing a fictional TV character brought to life.
There were not 90 players added to the nba, that's not how the expansion process worked
JJ, you were not in MJ caliber period. You cold not contain MJ. JJ struggle to give MJ his props. Opinion
JJ is lost in Lebronda mangina sauce
Totally Positive
“I don’t care about the goat debate.” But I’m trying my damndest to put Lebron as the goat. Shut up JJ.
Mj goat
Why does the audio cut in and out?
In the eyes of the beholder LBJ is the greatest flopper and crybaby. The guy cant score without travel smh
He learned from Mj. MJs best shot he even pushed off.
Feel good about yourself now??? Smh 😂🤣💯
You're not wrong.
When the discussion is about " Who's the greatest? " for sure its always subjective. But Mike's influence in Basketball is the greatest! Everyone wants to be like him. You want to play like him, you want to wear his shoes. I mean common man. He is second to none. His colleagues knows the magnitude Mike brings to the table. Even if he is with celebrities, they tell you, Mike is more famous than them. 😂
And it's only in the USA that people debate this trust me I am from India and the Basket Ball community is quite small compared to Cricket but almost everyone who knows and loves Basket Ball considers MJ the GOAT cuz he is the reason we started playing the sport

MJ GOAT
JJ RedDICK riding Lebron.
It must be so miserable knowing the only way you can make money is by being a troll.
Jordan was drafted in 1984 and that’s the lakers coach
JJ is so insufferable sometimes man
Shaq: " a lot of people don't know this but I wanted to be like magic johnson... a 6'9'' point guard" ... I saw shaq live at the palace, the year he won his title with the Heat. I think it was D miles that said it best, you can be 7 feet tall... still look at shaq and be like... god damn thats a big MF.... The dude did the nastiest reverse I ever seen IRL then gave a wink to Ben Wallace afterwards
JJ and Bron started the done with the 90s
WTH is his comment on water down? So if his argument is true then its still watered down now, no? Its more players now then back then, no?
JJ needs to research more before saying things - how many roster spots then ? … 12 and now it’s 15 plus 10 day contracts so is it more watered down now?
No - nba level players are the elite and always have been since it became professional…
Stop pretending to be impartial while elevating Lebron and down playing MJ we can see what you’re doing
We get it JJ you're a Lebron guy 😂
I dont wanna get in the goat debate.
(Feels like 2 different vibes though:)
'He was the best young leader.' 😎
'So... what was his aura like...?' 😮
JJ's argument doesn't quite hold weight because you're still adding the best players in the world to those teams. Yeah you'll have that team struggle for a few years but it's not unlike the ordinary doings of the NBA.
He doesnt wanna do the goat debate but keeps talking about lebron, what he did etc... stfu JJ
The whole argument of adding teams might lead to a water down league may have merit. BUT makes no sense when debating LeBron and MJ; it's not like the league has detracted in LeBron's era.
JJ follows the current money.
JJ is a Bron Agent. The goal is always to downplay Jordan’s career…to lift up Bron’s.
LeBron so great.... People are really starting to sound dumb when they say that because his career and where it has gone...the way LeBron and the Lakers just got swept out the playoffs.... That greatness really doesn't exits at this point, not at the level these people are trying to put it. Hell, if you take LeBron's numbers and divide by his years in the NBA, that's not even that impressive because he's been playing for a millennium now.
LeBron's another first ballot hall of fame player... Lets leave it at that and stop trying to make him something he never was. It's silly at this point trying to push him over MJ23. Hell, I wouldn't put LeBron over Kobe, let alone MJ.
Mike, LeBron and Kobe (MLK)
Lebrons level is impressive all these years but you can’t guard anymore. Jordan would get takin TF out and it would be a regular call, he couldn’t run a get people ejected like Lebron 😂 mj body went through hell night after night. Lebron gets an eyelash in his eye he needs a wheelchair
True. 90s basketball was brutal. Dem pistons bad boys, oakley mason starks of the knicks damn no blood no foul
When Jordan was on the wizards who could he guard lol
@@comencme1 you mean the one who lived the 80s&90s? 😂😂 what’s your point? They might as well be playing with fisher price goal and basketball how watered down the physical side is. The game is not the same.
@@Leland387 i agree the NBA is just like the NFL no defense is allowed I was just saying that you said Bron can't guard anyone anymore and he can't but he's old and Jordan was with the wizards too they are both legends but again I agree the defense sucks I actually liked the low scoring games but apparently that doesn't sell tickets
@@comencme1 my bad, I got what you saying. lol I be hating on Lebron but on the real tho he changed the game when he came in, mj is the goat I don’t see how anybody can argue it but bron is for sure top 3 all time. As much as I don’t like to admit lol. It’s just his attitude over the years how it’s changed I don’t like really. I use to be a big fan of
