I hate when people say this, but Jordan really did have the “it” factor and the killer mentality to the highest level that so many people rave about. Oh yea, and the fact he was ultra skilled and athletic definitely helped a little bit. Arguably the most complete archetype of a basketball player.

Yeah, there will never again be a player like him who combines all these things, the killer instinct, the athleticism, the skill level. You maybe have players who are the best at one of these things, but all of them? Mike was just insane to watch back then. I can't imagine any athlete that will make me stand up at 1.00 pm, just to see him play. MJ did. Greets from Germany!

Anytime there was a game where the bulls were on espn or network tv, it didn’t matter who t he e other team was, I was watching. Hands down, your a fool to compare him to anyone else of who’s the goat! He was the most electric, most skilled, most fun to watch over anyone in history. Lebron doesn’t even come close! @@gdm49 It has been argued. Sure Russell had more blocked shots and won 11 titles. As an individual player though as far as dominance, Jordan out scored Russell by having double the points per game. 30.3 vs 15.1. Jordan scored from anywhere. Jordan was more electric, more competitive, and much more skilled than Russell as far as mechanics, swag, performance and had tougher competition as the game evolved.. I believe more awards, and more feared in the league. Russell was great in his own way like I said but there’s only one Michael Jordan and he is clearly the goat from every aspect of the game!
