  • NETBALL - FOOTWORK
    Today's session is all about footwork and landing. It is a no repeat workout so be prepared to show up and sweat for this one.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need some space and a marker for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1.Bound and Stick
    2. Left Hops over marker
    3. Left Bound and Stick
    4. Fast Feet
    5. Right Hops over marker
    6. Right Bound and Stick
    7. High knees and stick x 3
    8. Fast Feet
    9. Right bound - forward bound
    10. Left bound - forward bound
    11. Squat Jump and bound
    12. Fast Feet
