  • NETBALL - AGILITY
    Today's session is all about your agility. Set yourself up a triangle as big of your space and get moving. You will be completing 2 rounds of each of the exercises below.
    You will be working for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an exercise mat for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. Figure of 8
    2. Drive and Track
    3. Figure of 8 - Drive
    4. Squat J with Drive and track
    5. Drive / Jump / Track / side
    6. Plank
