  • This Total Body Workout is only 20Min and uses dumbbells for resistance. Two full body circuits to get though combining strength and bodyweight cardio exercises for a head to toe sweat sesh that is effective even when you are short on time. Let's get it!!

    My fall was crazy!! So unfortunately I got out of the routine of working out! 3 months later I am easing back in and your 20 minute workouts have been wonderful for getting my butt back into gear!!! 🎉
