Beachside, poolside or swimming in the deep ocean, the new Khaki Navy Scuba is guaranteed to make a splash in the style stakes. For modern mariners, snorkelers, surfers and beach lovers, it’s eye-catching as well as functional, thanks to its tangerine orange rubber strap and contrasting black dial. Whether you’re timing your swim, your run or your time in the sun, it will make sure you keep your cool, even in soaring temperatures.
Great looking Summer field/rec dive tool watch.
Fully agree with you 👍🏻
Great review and very thorough. Well. It certainly looks ‘summery’. As you pointed out… I know 99.9% of buyers wouldn’t use it as a dive watch, but if it’s designed to look like one, with a rotating dive bezel it should have a lumed pip. If you don’t want the funky colours, I think for the money, I’d rather pay a little more and get a Yema.
Interesting point about the Yema for only £100 more you could also get the Laco sports diver with 300m and fully lumed bezel
I struggle with a diver not diver! Especially for 750 quid. Prefer my seiko save the ocean manta ray. Good review though.
The Manta Ray is a cool looking model but being 44mm may put many people off Conrad plus the H-10 is on another League to the 4R with its 50//50 time timing, Ps cheers sir 👍🏻
I want the yellow one
Good Choice 👍🏻
This is a Hamilton I would wear!
Me to but I think I'd go for the yellow myself
Nice reviews. Far too many watches are dull coloured. Get those orange and yellows going. I have the US only Seiko 5 Yellow GMT and love it. It really suprised me ☀️
Completely agree with you Marcus lots of people don't like change so dislike this one
I'm not generally a fan of Hamilton dive style watches, but this one looks like a fun watch. Good review.
Completely with you on that and cheers
still no iso?
Yeah as it would need a lumed pip on the bezel at 12 plus they would have to send it of for testing and that costs money I guess
Nodus have got back to me 👍🏻
Still waiting Hamilton to release a true diver. 200 or 300 meters, 39mm.
If you looking for an affordable 39mm 300m diver the Laco Altantik has got you covered here is my old review of it before I fitted the bracelet to it. It cost almost the same as the Scuba but comes with a Swiss SW200 movement 300m ceramic lumed bezel and some funky colours th-cam.com/video/p5InSgMxRWc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ReW4_-3nY_lrZj6o
Swiss pay homage to the Chinese Saint Martin watch!
Well that makes a change for once put this model has been out for years in there standard full colours, The colour is new plus in comes with their very impressive H10 movement
I buy the original San Martin for 500 pounds less!
I'd take a H-10 moment over the Seiko NH-35 with its hit and miss accuracy Sir . don't get me wrong San Martin make some interesting watches and I'm glad to see they are making there own models now instead of just copying other watch brands
It was nice until I noticed YET AGAIN another watchmaker thought it would be a good idea to put a date window in the middle of f*cking NOWHERE! And completely ruin the whole symmetry of the dial.
To keep symmetry 6 o’clock is always the best
God damn that date window is absolutely shit. What were they thinking???
I think they should of removed the 24 numeral and placed it at 3 o'clock or gone with a black date wheel
The date window is sheer nonsense. Its a beach watch, I wouldnt like the crazy colour schemes anymore after leaving the beach.
What makes you say that out of interest , the placement or colour of the date wheel. The colour it self I think makes for a great summer watch come the end of summer you could just add a different strap or bracelet
