Dr. Nicole Martin, Associate Director of the Milk Quality Improvement Program at Cornell, presents “Microbiological Testing Methods in the Dairy Industry.” During the presentation, Dr. Martin discusses the utility of testing for groups of indicator organisms and pathogens in raw milk, finished products and environments, including best practices for ensuring that safe, high-quality dairy products are delivered to consumers.
