Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours: Efforts to Reduce Sanitizer Contamination in Milk

This session of Dairy Foods Virtual Office Hours features two short talks. First, Ms. Sofia Stifflemire (Milk Operations Branch Manager at The Texas Department of State Health Services) presents on the newly formed National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) Adulteration Prevention Study Committee and their goals. Second, Dr. Aljosa Trmcic (Senior Extension Associate at Cornell University) discusses preliminary research findings from the Cornell Milk Quality Improvement Program to better understand and reduce sanitizer contamination in the milk supply.
