I'm not actually sure - but pretty sure - you've seen the handful of recent videos where they've done this recently together? :). If you break modular into different pieces its simpler to understand. Generally a source signal being sent to various places and having effects or changes applied, then LFO's (invisible hands) tweak the knobs of those changes ever so slowly to produce movement, then they're routed out for you to hear :)
I don't even know what this comment means.. It's a decent module. It's the kitchen sink approach. I wouldn't say it's a game changer for ambient musicians at all though.
@@walterroux291 Another non-brazilian, but I have a feeling it's the economic situation, don't think modular is affordable for the great majority of people
Really loved that outro. The module sounds amazing, and you don't undersell it or oversell it. Gave us a great demo and some practical advice on who its for and how it would fit in a workflow. So awesome to see companies working with creatives (especially you!) who are the end users and know what end users want and what makes their lives easier. Great video man!
The workflow of this seems really good! Like, I already have reverb, delay, compressor, filter and distortion modules in my setup, but having them all in one unit and being able to press a button to toggle between routings speeds things up so much -- vs using half of your synth to achieve similar results. This is a great option for smaller systems and appreciate that's how you pitched it!
One thing I am SOOOOO happy to see is that this module is unique in its sound, workflow, and character. Doesn’t really sound like anything else out there, beautiful work!!!
Prerodered it the moment it was announced and have been loving it ever since I finally got it in my hands. Incredible module, it's exactly what I wanted in an FX/Final out module.
I find this to be a really beautiful module - I think it'd be a star, especially for many small/starter modular set ups. I love the nature of the saturation on the in-gain, especially in combination with distortion - it has a nice tape warmth. I really like this! And it might be something I find I really want for my first set up if I ever am able to get into modular. The ability to easily change the chain is really cool, and I think makes this especially versatile. Very well done!
The one knob compressor is so perfect for me. I just don’t like to twiddle with ratios and attack/release. So that you already took care of a good relation between everything is awesome.
Still watching the vid: seems really neat so far. Seems like you maximized it’s uses with the size of the module, there’s a lot to mess with which is of course great! I always thought you’d make a module someday

Awesome, love watching your content. I've always wanted to get into modular synth. I'm now an older disabled veteran, but I will be saving money to get started, and I will definitely want to get some of your namesake modules. Thanks again.
Andrew I just wanna say that my three favorite kinds of videos you make are: 1. Explaining and experimenting with synth patches, especially when you're not alone - Rob's latest video with you guys just patching and jamming for an hour was one of my favorites! It scratches the same itch as watching tool restoration videos for me, it's just very entertaining to watch someone with a ton of technical knowledge exercise their skills to make something beautiful 2. 4 Producers 1 Sample. Just super fun. 3. Song challenges. It's lovely to get to see you tackle incredibly strange and difficult creative problems. Longtime fan of the channel and love all the great work you do. Thank you for sharing your experience and enthusiasm with all of us here on TH-cam!
AAHHH, That filter knob in the middle, mama miaa! perfect the way you've setup the filter, to the left lp, to the right hp, just intuitive, RIGHT! Congrats on the drop man, exciting times ahead!
Super excited! I ordered mine like a week ago and it's still on the way. But soon.... Very soon... Thanks for being a great content creator! You got me in on eurorack and helped me understand the basics.
Andrew, congratulations on your first module, I wish you all the best for taking this step. That said, when I started watching, I had my doubts about so many functions in one module, knob density etc. Which kind of contradicts the idea of modular (at least one school of thought). BUT! The honesty and openness at the end of the video blew me away - and also put Ghost on my shopping list. The more I think about it, the more I feel it´s a good fit even in bigger systems. Yes, if you want to access or modulate more parameters of a main voice, dedicated modules are the way. Which costs in hp and $$$. But in my 2 monster cases I don´t always need that: Some voices will get the full enchilada through dedicated modules, but not all. And it´s always helpful to have a little background here, a little effect there, contributing to the overall arrangement. And that´s where even in the largest systems Ghost will find its place, at least in my setup. Which leaves the question: Will there be a DIY version?
The dist on the bell sounded good to me! I grew up listening to Aphex Twin, so this kind of thing resonates with me. Yes. Resonates. I know, please forgive me.

You tube put this vid in my basic news feed, so I'm glad to have found your channel. Looking forward to catching up on your content.
Just finished the whole video. I really like that you labeled the alternate functions right on the module. That should be the hallmark of any and all of your Eurorack modules. Outstanding. The features seem well thought out. Also, don't worry as much about shilling. You put work into this and it's good. I expect to see another video using it as an effect then performing with it. Take a bow or a victory lap with it. You've earned it.

Congrats again, Andrew! Ghost looks like an amazing sound-design tool with a wide range of possibilities. The input\output VCAs are brilliant, and having the option to change the order of the different sections is so good (delay everb into distortion FTW!). Also having a little filter-like control on the input signal is so useful. Lots of controls to perform with and shape the sound as a part of the performance. Perfect! Congrats to you and Endorphin.es
Woah, the director of bjorks music videos made a eurorack pedal! ;) This thing sounds gorgeous Andrew, you and the folks at endorphins should be so proud!

Very interested to see what other hardware collaborations are upcoming.
That Reverb is one of the best sounding I've heard, I love the qualities of it. The entire module is dope, but damnnnn, that reverb tho. This might be my first modular piece of gear. I can still use this with non-modular sound sources, right? No reason not to. It makes some beautiful sounds.
