Jimmy Barnes (Cold Chisel) - singing this song. Yes. Back in 2015 at this song's height Sia (who is Australian) was meant to sing it at the 2015 APRA awards. She was got unwell at the last minute and with only 2 days notice Jimmy Barnes was asked to step up and sing this in her place. For a bloke that has been called a screamer throughout his career, with Diesel on guitar and minimum accompaniment he produced this absolute gem. One of those rare pop songs I enjoy hearing ... I'm a bit of a recluse from the radio and tv ( I can't take commercials ) ha But I DO hear this type of music at work ... Reminds me of the idea that some young men can keep that falsetto from youth when they keep up vocal training through puberty / has to do with genetics as well ... Anyway I enjoyed this one !
