Are these places rented properties? Why then can't the landlord clean it up. As for selling it ....well it ain't going to sell is it? Good job anyway. Looks tons better don't blame you not picking stuff up either.
Those homeowners sure had a lot of unfinished projects. Not a fan of POV filming. I would rather have the camera set up some distance away so we can see your work in context.
I think the majority of abandoned houses are in legal limbo due to being in probate court or having multiple creditors having liens on the property, the civil courts are backed up due to being closed from covid, banks/private owners/real estate investment firms won't maintain a property if there's a chance someone else is going to own it after court proceedings, sometimes the problem is with the title or deed or back property taxes needing paid.
Looks good. The yellow flags getting mowed over and blown around messes up the location markings of the gas lines. I'm sure that the owner doing the renovation is either happy or very upset.
You should scroll thru some of my other videos, this was simple. And on the 100k likes, I have a video with 4 million views and only 23k like, most people don’t hit the button no matter what.

Real time mowing, and JLS mowing shorts is mine. Definitely no more POV videos for sure, they will be on tripod from now on. Wish it was a good view, it’s so much easier to film.
Even though you have good intentions, you need not to be so paranoid and take a few pointers from others like Top Notch Lawn Care, Blade Mate Lawn Care, or Tim the Lawnmowing man. Removing the trash will help.
The trash in this yard is to much, it cost a lot to dump the stuff, sometimes more than these videos make. If I knew they were gonna get hundreds of thousands or millions of views that would be one thing, but I do this to support my family. I will do bigger cleanups if this were for elderly or disabled people, not on abandoned homes.
