It's called Persia Rising I believe. But there's 3 different resurrection mods and the original if you really want to play a mod for the middle east just use Eastern Kingdoms (focus trees for iran, iraq, Afghanistan, oman, Yemen, saudi)

I still really recommend the Eastern Kingdoms mod pack! It has focus trees for Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Yemen
Also the "March of the Forgotten" mod which adds a fuckton of focus trees for a bunch of different regions, such as allowing you to unify Vietnam and the Guangxi Clique's lands into the Nation of the "Yue"

One of the things I find funny there is that as Philippines you can steal MacArthur from America and also become the Spain that lost the civil war and reclaim the mainland later on.

Can I suggest that for your eventual video on Lithuania that, if No Step Back still hasn’t released, you could try and form Poland-Lithuania instead of the UBD since it gives you a lot more core territory. Feel free to spice it up any other way you want, it’s not like I’m your boss or something.
A thought struck me, after this is done, iSorrowproductions should do that same thing, except for EaW. I think that would be an interesting introduction to that mod for him.
