This series is really evolving: It started as playing every country with a special mod (or no mods), then we had no focus tree and now it's the randomizer all over again! Heck, is this even playing that country when not in the right spot?

For the record you should combine this mod with the battle royale mod, makes a surprisingly fun combo. You don't have to justify, just wait the starting time and wargoals for everyone. As for the faction spam there should be a thing to stop it, you might've accidentally turned it on with the starting pop ups. Just be aware player led peace conferences doesn't work with it.

you don't have the factions problem if you use the no factions mod which disables the ability to make factions as opposed to just deleting them every time
