    Affordable LIVE Support: Video courses are great, but they can never replace the valuable feedback you can receive by working with a live coach, together with other thrivers!
    Most coaches (myself included) charge an average of $125/hour for one on one assistance. In this economy that is very challenging! This membership offers between 9 - 12 LIVE meetings per month offering Group Support, Group Coaching, EFT Sessions, and Breathwork Sessions. Combining Cognitive Learning together with Somatic Modalities with Live Support. The value of this would be between $1,125 - $1,500. Yet you get ALL of this for just $79/month! You do not have to heal alone nor does it have to break the bank!

    👋 I just wanted to let you know that in the school of Transformation we do many somatic exercises together!! My mission is to help as many people as possible to come back home into their body… trauma causes the mind and body to disconnect and ultimately feel as if they are both pulling in opposite directions!! That being said - In running a 50% OFF SALE for yearly members in the School of Transformation - the sale is good through July 1st - here’s the link for you to check out and see if it’s a good fit for you 💕 www.micheleleenieves.com/offers/uJkkR2KT

    Exciting approach. I was curious about the somatic exercise 'at the end, which everyone can do'. Did I miss something? There was a hint to your group membership - which was given at the beginning as well, so that can't be it.

    Unfortunately there is lack of evidence that somatic experiencing is effective in treating trauma.

      It's like with everything else even EMDR, people make up exercises to make it seem like we are doing something but what is working is placebo. However there are some parts in SE about understanding nervous system that helps in validating experiences and optimize ones lifestyle to make healing faster

      @Feuerzahn 21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@pianodesu EMDR is not placebo at all. It's not superior to exposure based therapies however. It's likely the confrontational element in EMDR that actually works. Somatic experiencing is very poorly researched and we still don't know if it's effective in treating PTSD let alone CPTSD.

      @@Feuerzahn if u look at youtube video named "a hard look at EMDR and it's unscrupulous founder" it shows how emdr was researched in faulty and biased way, making it a placebo

      This is factually untrue. There are plenty of documented cases in the field from actual clinicians who have used somatic experiencing to help people overcome trauma. Deb Dana is one of them. What's unfortunate is that these documented cases aren't more accessible to more people, though more of this information is starting to be taught at more universities.

      @@thedatepro We need more randomized controlled trials. Case studies don't count very much in the realm of clinical psychology.
