    Wow! Ganito pala magluto ng bangus spanish style.kaya pala napaka mahal pag bumili ng bangus spanish style sa grocery ay dahil niluluto sa olive oil. The price of 1 small bottle of this recipe na nabili ko sa Pangasinan cost 100.00 pesos hindi ko na sana bibilhin pero it's okay, binili ko para matikman. Ngayon alam ko na ang paraan ng pagluto, magluluto na ako instead of buying from the grocery. Maraming, maraming salamat sa pag share nyo ng recipe na ito. God bless.

    Looks yummy. Will try this soon but i think the slices are too large. Pag malaki parang nakakaumay. Perhaps 1 bangus that large can be sliced into 4 pieces just like the bottled or canned commercial spanish sardines. Suggestion lang po.

    Opinion lang, gamit ko tamban. 30 minutes sa pressure cooker ay tama na yong lambot. Sa medium heat. Hindi ko pa na try ang bangus, but looking forward pag may available. Well done.

    Kaya nga po mahal yung Spanish sardines sa supermarket gawa ng mahal din ung mga ingredients lalo na ung olive oil, pwede nman po gamitin ung corn oil..saka ang kaibahan kasi kapag olive oil ung ginamit hindi po siya madaling masunog at mas masarap talaga ang lasa

      kung personal consumption, good kasi healthy ang olive oil. pero pang negosyo, gumamit na lang ng corn oil.

    That's yum but olive oil is costly.
    Pressure cooker I don't want to use very scary..
    I only use normal pot.

      jennifer veluz if it is in a sealed container it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or if it is pressure sealed then it would last as long as the ones you can buy from the grocery stores 🙂
