Great talk! I'm a Gen X. I have to keep reminding my Gen Z and younger Millennial kids that what they think about other generations and how the world should be run, is no different than other generations. Even down to guys wearing makeup - that's not new as guys did that in the 80s!
The big difference I see is that while I like to think that out generation was more open to listening to those older than us (not necessarily do what they said but where we at least would stay and hear the "other" side), the younger generations today mostly refuse to consider any side but theirs.
I can't say anything online without a "kid" calling me a boomer. If I don't agree with them, I'm called a racist even though the topic wasn't about race. I can go on but I know you know because it's happening everywhere!
If these kids don't stop and learn to at least hear the other side, how can they truly understand what they stand for? Its like how in an election, it's easier to vote against someone (because you don't like them) than it is to go out and find reasons to vote FOR the other person.

It seems to me that humans have always been stubborn from time to time and at specific ages.

I am all about just enjoying life. It all goes in the end so make the most of it. And, of course we want to survive, be safe, and comfortable, so as long as we do what we gotta do to get by then thats what it means to be mature to me. I’d say if someone cant enjoy life then they might be immature, but different perspectives for different people and thats just how it goes. Interesting world.

How about all the youth that have gone ‘goblin mode’ since the pandemic?

The mask restrictions have lifted where I am in Australia and most people are still wearing them, for me it's such a relief to not have that God damn thing on my face anymore. I see people in cars by themselves with a mask on😂WTF?

@@carpo9763 Yeah I get it if you have an underlying condition or you are an elderly citizen, but the rest have been scared shitless by the media for the last two years.

60s had better music than the 70s! Woooo! Nowadays anyone can make awesome music. This is the best time for all forms of media. Hell, you can pull up any song from the 70s RIGHT NOW! How amazing is that?!?
