Can I tell you looking at your videos every day is soothing and it’s allowing me to heal mentally and emotionally as well. I enjoy every single video of yours and it makes me so happy. Your voice is so soothing and I love seeing all the wonderful places you attend and all the neat ideas for decorating as I love decorating and throwing tea parties etc. Continue doing what you do. I believe our place in Edinburgh is within walking distance, but I would never, ever think to play detective and invade your privacy. Some people have no boundaries. The EASIEST move I ever made, was when I had a week left at the old place and access to the new place all at the same time. I moved ONE room at a time by boxing accessories and the room's contents, and taking it over to the new room. I even took the pictures over and placed them in the new room. I left the furniture behind and left that to the movers on the very last day. That way, I still had beds, tables, chairs etc. Every time I moved a room's smaller contents to the new location, I UNBOXED everything and in some cases, was even able to put things away in closets. I could then take the boxes back to the old place for use in moving the next room the following day. It was simple, and negated the need for TONS of boxes and wrapping paper... and the inevitable MESS of everything being dumped into the new location all on one day. Good luck in finding a private and lovely place....

Nicolas, I’m sorry to hear that you’re concerned...and for good reason! One suggestion I would give you if you still want to receive the letters is to get a PO (post office) box so that people won’t have to search for your address if they want to contact you.

The roasted vegetables are also called eggplant and zucchini. I had to look it up. Looks delicious.
Yes, the UK uses the French words for these vegetables. Zucchini is the Italian word.

Nicolas I tried the salad. It taste heavenly. Did it without aubergine because I don't like it. Nevertheless, it is very tasty. I liked the way you arranged it in a leafy green bowl. Part of the fun of eating is its presentation.

Thanks for the salad dressing recipe, I'm always on the lookout for a new one. I also know what it's like when people know where you live, but you can rise above it. There are always people out there who have an envious streak, but there will also be new friends and neighbours waiting for you.
