An Air Fryer ( what will be the temperature and how long will it take) or a Steamer ... And please let me know how long it will bake/ steamed .. hoping for your reply.. Thank you so much

Your oven temp maybe too high, oven is small or the bars are too close to the heating elements. You can tent with foil if the top starts to brown faster or lower the temp by 25F.
I am sorry to mention about this because this is my first time not to use McCormick and When I searched they said that the only difference between ube extract and ube flavoring is that ube extract has alcohol whereas flavoring doesn’t. I am hoping the taste is good when i use Ferna brand which is what I only found here available so far. I used McCormick before but due to pandemic it’s out everywhere here in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.

Hi! did you use 1 bar of cream cheese? the one with 250g? because 250g is 8.818 oz. do we need to put the whole bar on or do wee need to be precise with 8 oz? thank you! 😊
The cream cheese I used is Philadelphia and it's 8oz / 236g for 1 bar/block. You can use the whole bar that you have even if it's 8.8 oz. It's not be a big deal.

I haven't tried steaming it and kung cream cheese hindi pwede kasi kaya sya cheesecake dahil sa cream cheese. Try mo hanap online ng mga homemade cream cheese. I think meron and maybe in the future I will show one as well. Thanks!

Could be overbaked. Iba-iba kasi ang temp ng oven and depende kung malapit sa heating element. I always suggest when baking to check before the set time.

Depende kung mainit sa area mo. Pero kelangan refrigerate sya kasi meron cream cheese. Just make sure to wrap para hindi madry ang cake. Kung nasa fridge what I do is warm up ko sa microwave for 10 secs para lang medyo lumambot ulit ang cake.

dapat half ang taste. Did you you use halaya? What brand of cream cheese did you use? If you like you can double the cake recipe or halve mo lang ang cheesecake. It's up to you.

Di ko pa na-try, Baka naman pwede. Meron kasi cornstarch ang cake flour. Yan ang kaibahan nya sa apf.
Pede din op ba self raising flour ang gamitin
Self-raising flour ay meron na added baking powder at salt kaya you may need to adjust if you will be using it.

Ube extract is a bit stronger than the ube flavoring. It’s better to start with a teaspoon and just add more if needed

Baligtad dapat ang hindi maluto ang nasa ibabaw. It could be your oven. Baka hindi pantay ang init.
