I am impressed! I was just shopping for the rotisserie and found your video, I'm going to buy based on this. And your recipe looks great. I have a 560 and found that you can take that other long spit and cut it down so you have two spits...not sure that is useful, but does add options if you are not buying the larger grill. Maybe buy some extra forks and do a back to back grill with rotisserie. Great job!

The new ones do, they come with 3 rods. Check it says 800 before purchasing.
Not showing the cutting of the meat is like turning off the tv right before a touchdown 😩
