Do you leave the motor attached 24/7? Or every time you’re done you need to unscrew the whole thing and put it away then screw it back in next time?
Great question! I leave it on. It stays out of the way and doesn’t hurt the airflow because of how it is attaches.
Wouldn't a meat injector work better with the butter?
It would! However, I didn’t want to inject the meat, just get the flavoring. Injections can sometimes make it too salty and this bird wasn’t big enough for that.
What temp did you set it for?
I started it at 350°F
Looks good but did you let it rest? Also i think thighs are supposed to be over 165. Great video though

Is that even butter looks like margarine
I’m poor. It’s probably margarine but use butter.
