That amount of grease is too much. Not a problem but a waste. Secondly but VERY important do not operate the printer like that when off. It will cause back voltage; nowadays drivers are protected but still vulnerable. Also the pressure applied on the gantry can cause alignment issues, lead screws bending etc. Use the display to move the lubed parts or just lift it up then clean and regrease, hit home.
DONT USE THE SAME CLOTH to clean the metal bed as the rest of your computer In fact i use a good strong Washing Up Liquid (Fairy in UK) Then wash off and DRY
thanks for the comprehensive guide.
Definitely, thanks for watching!
Did you 3D print that honeycomb backing behind your desk? And if so where did you get it?
I found it on Printables. File name is - "Hexawall - Hexagon wall with led lights"
Nice video! Thanks!👌🏼🙌🏼
Thank you! Hopefully it helped!!
Epic music for something so mundane as cleaning 😂 not a diss but you know what I'm saying lol
Gotta get excited to clean somehow right 😂
Makes replayability much more tolerable.
