Lucky you. I unfortunately had bought some just before the whole James Charles debacle. I was lucky to be able to resell the palettes to my friends who do not even watch TH-cam or know who he is. 😬

I’d love to see something like a “full face of the cheapest products available at boots” and/or “full face of most expensive makeup I own”. I love those types of videos 🙊
I've been using the kvd foundation for the longest time, it's very good as it's fragrance free and oil free n I have sensitive skin and A LOT of pores and scars of acne, it's so full coverage that with a pump I'm able to do a full coverage complexion without any concealer! sometimes I also mix 1/3 of it with 2/3 of primer and it sheers out to a beautiful medium coverage! I never understood the shade n light palette though, it's pretty useless to have 6 shades edit: yes, it has a pretty similar texture to the remarcable foundation, you just have to learn how to hold back and only use one pump with a very big fluffy brush to spread it out, with a sponge or a very tight foundation brush it looks like cement lol
I bought the lippie stix vault not the one you mentioned in the video but the one that comes with 16 shades I believe and you get a free makeup brushes cup. It was a great deal and the colors are beautiful.
I actually got the lippie stick bundle and don't regret it. I have used them for eyeshadow, lipstick, and blush. If you aren't going to be versatile with it ya don't buy it but I have used it A LOT.
I have only 2 palettes, both from JS. I bought them ages ago before everything came to light and I’m kinda shamed I have to keep using them, not like I can just throw stuff away. At least the other one was secondhand.
The shade and light contour palette is more of a useful product for a MUA or someone that usually do makeup on other people, it is just unnecessary to get it for people that just do their own makeup

I am glad I watched this video lol I so wanted Huda’s Naughty pallet but it is a bit much and I was on the fence about it. It’s hard buying makeup now, I can’t just pop into Ulta or Sephora to try it out first.
Ugh agree on the nars brushes. I bought both of those nars brushes, and once I became way more familiar with brushes/makeup in general, they went right in the trash. They're terrible.
When I first got into makeup, my first foundation was the kvd lock it foundation and it was AWFUL on my dry skin. It clung on to patches that weren’t even dry and made my skin look 100x more cakey and gross. It also dried super fast and it was very very hard to blend out. I stopped using it and instead got the wet n wild foundation. It wasn’t the best bc it was still matte but it was easier to work with than the kvd one. But yeah, I suggest for beginners to not listen to the Sephora ladies that try to get you to buy expensive foundation that probably isn’t even for your skin type. But who knows, if you have super oily skin it might work.
Really glad I skipped the James Charles palette. As a beginner it probably would’ve been really difficult to work with because of the pressed pigments.
True, and the number of shades, and the shades themselves, too. When i started makeup, i thought more shades means more looks. But found out a year later, i used like 3 colors everyday for a whole year and sometimes 2 more shimmers when i went to parties or sth. The others were untouched
I'm very picky about what brushes I use. 10 years ago, the elf brushes would irritate my eyes and they would get puffy and red. I tried different shadow formulas to see if it was the pigments, but it was definitely their brushes. I haven't tried them since and IDK if I would because they're so cheap (price and quality) in my mind.

Hey everybody. Are you doing ok? 🤗 Only thing I want to maybe try this year is Natasha Denona eyeshadow formula so I’m eyeing those minies. But yeah, same. For last 2 years I’ve been like ‘nope don’t buy this or that’ and I am glad I did it because every time I really REALLY wanted smthng after a while I realized it would not be usefull addition to my collection and I would probably declater every item because it would sit in my drawer.

I'm glad I skipped ColourPop's Wine collection as I have quite a lot of deep red and burgundy coloured palettes in my collection. But what I am most glad about skipping is J* green palette because no. No matter how much I adore the colour green, that man is not getting any of my money. So I just bought BH Cosmetics' Pistachio palette and am thinking about buying Oden's Eye whole new collection which has greens in it. And all the Morphe palettes that are available in Finland now, never going to get them - mainly because I don't do neutral looks. Oh, and Urban Decay's Ultraviolet, Stoned and Wild West - I have the colours in other palettes and I don't find them interesting enough to waste my money on them, no matter how the last two palettes have nice packaging.
I finished to Lock It foundation last year and still have de Re(marc)able. They aren't alike AT ALL formula wise. The Lock it is really thick compared to the Marc Jacob's, who is really thin. But if you have really dry skin I know that the Kat on D can also kinda crack on your face so... but I have oily skin so the Kat Von D stayed creamy on my skin, which was a problem and the Marc Jacob's one was really dewy on me. Which IS a problem. Also I've always found that the ABH palette were too neutral, but seen them flat lay like this... so neutral 😐 no 🙄
For Black Friday I got two Natasha Denona palettes. I was addicted to the formula and put all of them in my cart. I’m so GLAD I didn’t do it... but I almost did haha
When I was 17 i used KVD foundation and oooooofff that was... cake and oily and so odd after two hours of wear!!! I am the same, I love my bb/cc creams and light coverage foundations now. So glad I grew in my makeup love.

was about to do homework but angelika posted so here i amm
Idk if it’s cause of the headphones I’m using but your audio is so crisp and clear that it made me jump when the video started
Also I've always found that the ABH palette were too neutral, but seen them flat lay like this... so neutral 😐 no 🙄
i hate the natoshia denona pallets i feel they’re just not as good as other formulas
i’d love to see a video about your favourite perfumes ❤️
For Black Friday I got two Natasha Denona palettes. I was addicted to the formula and put all of them in my cart. I’m so GLAD I didn’t do it... but I almost did haha
When I was 17 i used KVD foundation and oooooofff that was... cake and oily and so odd after two hours of wear!!! I am the same, I love my bb/cc creams and light coverage foundations now. So glad I grew in my makeup love.
Hey Angelika! I was wondering what your favoirte makeup brand is, and what your least favorite makeup brand is?! I also love your videos!
