I needed this so bad! I am a nurse practitioner too, and I run a nursing facility. I like to go and care for my patients as unto God, but the staff that I work with does not like it because it interrupts their social media scrolling and extended lunch breaks. I’ve been experiencing a lot of spiritual warfare there and workplace bullying, if I’m being honest. This helped me to refocus on God, and just trust that he’s working everything out. It’s like you said: “the fight is fixed“!
Yes Alicia! Healthcare can be so hard particularly for a number of reasons, but remember that God has positioned you there for a reason continue to be the light and serve those who are considered "the least". God is pleased!

This is really an on time word. I work on a cardiac unit as a nurse and also I’m in NP school and since I’ve been at this job it’s just been warfare to the point that I’ve been asking in my spirit to be fired. 😭 Tired of doing so much and management still being on my neck while others do less and get praised. This video was much needed 💛 thank you

I searched for a topic on this and found your video. I am going through a spiritual warfare at my job and some days I feel when things aren't great and I get overwhelmed. However I pray God reveals his will for me and fight the battle for me because I know I can't 😢. In a job where some individuals don't value other's work and try to sabotage their work it can seem like a constant battle. However, I know God is going to work on me and is winning my battles. Thank you. Pray for me please.
I will definitely be praying for you sis! It can be so challenging to go to place where you don't feel valued. Start shifting your prayer to ask God to reveal what lessons he wants you to learn in the position He has you in AND what things you can do that He will value. I literally had to ask God to show me daily an assignment and a way I could exalt Him on my job and He did. About 6 months later He released me from that role into another. Also, take advantage of your PTO and other things practically that can help you establish some good working boundaries. Be mindful of communication with others I would recommend having as much of the communication at work as possible be written so you have documentation if you ever need it for any reason. I'm praying for you sis and I will actually do a podcast episode on this because so many of you have been pulling up about experiencing this. ❤

May I ask what kind of Doctor you are? I feel so encouraged and I know God is moving. My dream career is as a licensed Counselor, but I had a season where I couldn’t determine how to mix God and Psychology (how to offer biblically sound teachings and behavioral therapy), so I put my studies on pause. I’m now in a completely different field that I have no background/training in. I’ve been promoted, received multiple pay raises and my faith has grown so much in this place. Idk how long I’ll be here, I’m just trying to trust God and do His work until I can return to my studies.
Thank you for subscribing! My doctorate is in nursing practice. I'm a pediatric nurse practitioner so on the day to day I see little ones in clinic. Whats amazing is that I'm literally starting my psychiatric nurse practitioner program next Monday because God is calling me to help demonstrate how spiritual health plays a holistic role in our mental, emotional, and physical health. I'm going to be speaking about it more this season which drops tomorrow! So happy to have you here!
