I just saw Dr Anita at Woman Evolve 23. Before the conference I kept having dreams of the color mint green. I told my best friend it was a meaning behind the color and thats why i kept seeing it leading up. Dr Anita graced the staged and touched my heart with her words wearing mint green. Ive been on such a long hard journey grieving the loss of my mom. Since her transition ive been running on empty. I needed her message and Im so glad I came across this video and channel. Its my confirmation. I love this space. Great video!🖤

Such a beautiful and much-needed conversation. I was listening with my whole body and I felt so safe. Thank you for reminding us that our emotions matter and that it is possible to heal the trauma that our body stores. 🙏🏾 ❤

I also felt safe. This has helped me so as I’m newly grieving the loss of my 26 year old daughter and am now raising her 4 and 5 year old girls.
What I really heard that I’ll meditate on is that our body holds our emotions which trigger our thoughts, NOT the other way around and that resonates.
Thank you both Queens, for doing the work and helping the collective heal!

Some conversations are so validating and encouraging of where I’m at in my journey- and this is one of them! I’m listening in a hot bath w/ added clay and magnesium salt flakes. Just before she announces the soul work, I’m rubbing and embracing my body- a body I’ve been so judgemental of.. and now I’m crying and laughing because that’s the soul work! Thank you BOTH ❤️❤️🤲🏾

I’m in my final year of grad school, working on my masters in mental health counseling, & this BLESSED ME! I wasn’t familiar with Dr. Phillips or Devi, but I believe this popped up as a recommended video for a divine purpose. I also want to be a therapist that walks in that intersectionality of mental health & spiritual belief in God… this conversation gave me the confirmation, validation, & encouragement that I’ve been needing/praying for.
Thank you both for following God’s call on your lives. Because of your obedience, lives are & will be changed!

I ❤ Dr. Anita! She explains so eloquently, what I believe GOD has been showing me over the past few years in The Word!! Allowing me the space to know what GOD has been showing me is real and true. That our bodies are interwoven creations and all parts need care for our beings to have the full experience of GOD'S design!! Counter-societal...Yes BUT GOD never did anything for society approval anyway!! Any time I hear her speak it touches my ❤ in a way the spirit leaps!! Where I thirst and hunger more in praise and in seeking!! Great conversation 🎉🎉

    @JourneyToMyDestiny 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Emotion is the base - that depends on what you qualify as the base. Your spirit must first be born again and brought to life by the Holy Spirit. (That’s what Eve lost in the garden). Then the Bible says you work out your soul’s salvation (soul meaning the healing & perfecting of your mind, will, & emotions). Emotional healing is very important, But for the believer it starts with a regenerated spirit that has been reconnected back to the Father. That’s the basis of experiencing true fulfillment (in this world and the world to come)!

It is when we are in our original state which is state of being that we experience peace and joy. That is by feeling every emotion without shame. God covers Adam and Eve when they feel shame when men fell because of sin. When we are vulnerable with God, He covers us with His love and we become one with Him. Love you Dr. Anita ❤

Our wholeness is much more flexible than we are aware of.
That dead plant 🌱 nourishes another part of the earth. Each one IS feeding the other. All things CAN work together AND apart. That’s definitely interdependent. Dependence on the Source alone.
The sum of all the parts equal the whole…

My experience is that the pain the Creator has us go thru as a byproduct of growth is bearable (soreness) and doesn’t last long. It’s the pain from suffering - that’s in our own desires apart from God that is traumatic & catastrophic devastation to the body. I finally know the difference.
    Grace taught me!
When a plant gets a limb snapped off, I’m sure there is a different kind of bearable pain when the limb begins to grow back. Stem in tact.

Joy is an internal eternal. It’s a fruit of the Spirit. So it’s only as ebb and flow and fleeting as your feet are for being aligned with the Spirit. Just like we CHOOSE happiness, we must choose to walk in the Spirit OR we WILL walk in the flesh m, which is where all those temporal, fleeting experiences occur

Fear depending on context within the bible and in Hebrew means reverence, awe.
It is saying that God made us in his image with reverence, in high esteem, with admiration and respect.
You might hear sometimes "Fear of the Lord. It means to revere, to hold in high esteem and to honor the Lord.
      Hope this helps ☺

The only good thing here is the mention of Jesus! Higher conscience, energy neutrology, deep awareness lingo doesn't glorify God. Can't have a resolution without the manual and maker of of heaven and earth. As Anita said can't just focus on the mind. May Anita shed light in Spirit and truth, God's light rewritten and repaired for hurting souls. Don't get me wrong it all sounds good and positive, but Jesus is the answer! Love God with all your heart, mind and soul is where it starts.
