How much do Architects get paid?
The short answer is probably not as much as they should be. Not because of clients, but because we're not framing the work that we do properly.
There was a job posting recently, from an office where I'm familiar with some of the folks involved there, and I was delighted with how blunt the posting was. Good for them.
It did however trigger a massive back and forth in the comments of course, and that's what this video is about.

Wow, thank you for being brutally honest and unapologetically vocal! I am an old architect getting close to retirement age. Yes, architects eat their young. It's sad to see this practice still being very much alive and well in the industry. Best wishes to you and your practice, Chris.
