Looks like it brings the top case closer to the passenger seat. I was thinking the metal givi plate keeps the top case further from the seat then the plastic givi plate.
@@rideswithrichie I confirm that the Givi metal plate fixes the top case too far forward, the passenger is very uncomfortable, I'm trying to build an additional plate and fix it 10/15 centimeters back. I accept suggestions
Hi Davide. I had been for a few rides with my wife as pillion. She was pretty comfortable. Yes, I agree that the box sits much forward with the Givi plate installed. Have to figure it out at a later stage of how to sort out that issue
@@rideswithrichie the solution is sw-motech top case rack+ sw motech monolock or monokey adaptor plate. It gets the whole top case asembly about 1.5/2cm back. Doesn't seem much but it is. Its like top case with vs top case without the passenger back-rest.
