My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.

Merciful Jesus help me with my wife to reach your holy alter one day. Amen
Thank you, Fr.Mike. You always have the right words. Thank you for choosing priesthood. God bless you.
Jesus help me with my husband and my daughters to reach your holy altar one day.
Amen❤🙏
Thank you, Fr. Mike for the beautiful homily🙏✝🕊
Thank you Fr. Mike. Great homily. Praying for you everyday.
I once heard that leading our lives as a single person is like being a hermit. We're the folks who help people and animals as much as we can; we read the Bible and Pray the rosary a lot. Unconditional love is the part of life that everyone is supposed to live by, no matter what your Vocation is. Thanks Father Mike for your homily. I pray that your community's Newman Center grows and that the whole front pew crew and all their families get their Church built.
Maybe not exactly like being a hermit unless we choose deep and enduring solitude, but I love what you are saying about how we can live for others!
I offer this Mass up for all my Deceased family members and friends. Lord have Mercy on their Souls Amen 🙏
48 years married. Loved this sermon it is the absolute truth. I forwarded it to my son and DIL, married 10 years. It is helpful to re hear these truths regularly 🙏 God Bless you Father Mike 🙏
Thank you fr. Mike for the great preaching. I'm so happy and glad that I can attend mass with you here online. I'm from Philippines 🇵🇭
Bless you Father Mike. I pray for you and all Priests. 🙏🏻✝️🕊
Jesus’s teaching is greatest! Unconditional love - must focus on this words in days a head.
God bless you, Father Mike. Praying for you, please pray for me.
I offer this mass up for all my family members and friends. Divorced and separated couples and families. Please, Lord, help us all. And Lord, even if You don’t intervene, our hope is You Alone 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you, Fr Mike Schmitz, for such a fantastic and inspiring homily, this morning.
Beautiful explanation of marriage! I am 20 years into our strong Catholic marriage, and we needed to hear every word of this!!
Caught you all early this morning from California!
Offering mass for all souls in Purgatory and my family ❤
God bless you Father Mike Schmitz 🙏
This homily hit home for me in my marital struggles. Marriage is hard! I never thought of it as a vocation. Thank you for the insight.
Also, Lord, for your glory, please, bless Father Mike forevermore!🙏🏾❤
Wow! What a beautiful homily about marriage
If only Father Mike had been around 38 years ago for my husband and me to hear this homily, I truly believe we'd have been encouraged to save our marriage and been successful at it as well. Sadly he wasn't. So many regrets. :(
Thank you Father Mike 🙏🏽❤️
Marriage is our greatest blessing. We've been married for 8 years, have three children and had our up and downs the first couple of years, but Christ showed us the way and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier. I would give my life for my husband and he his for mine. We experienced that marriage truly is a sacrament and cannot comprehend how Protestants do not see it.
I believe they do
I’m pretty sure the only Protestants who see marriage as a sacrament are those in the Anglican Rite, i.e. Anglicans and Episcopalians. Anybody know otherwise?
May Our Lady of Victory answer all of your prayers. Amen. God Bless. Claire.
Please pray for my son Patrick...court case...thank you 🙏 from South Africa 🇿🇦
Thank you, Father, for what you do. Please pray for me, I've been fighting with addiction for a long time. I'm still new to praying. I will continue to try everyday.
Thank you 🙏❤
Thank you Fr. Mike.
Pray to not despair.....pray for a final view that is love.. just as a newborn views his mother with complete love....
Pray for us in Florida. Another hurricane
I have been divorced for 21 years. It was verbal and violent abuse. It harmed our children. They went to college and I went to divorce court. While there was a time of love and caring. But one day it all went away. It is hard to know I failed at the most human relationship in my life. My children are safe. My grandchildren are safe. I have no desire for another relationship. I will be calmer and safer that way. I don’t need a partner to work on the goals I have to reach the goal of being a Saint. Bless you Father Mike.
@@barbarawalsh2875 may God bless you in all ways 🙏

Same 😢💔❤️🩹
🙌🙌🙌🇺🇸l was homeless, did drugs, went into prison, where I got to know God. He changed my life. Now I have a home, a wife and a lovely year old daughter (zoe), and a stream of income that gats me $47,000 weekly. Plus a new identity - a child of God, Hallelujah!!!🇺🇸❣️❤️❤️
Excuse me for real?, how is that possible I have struggling financially, how was that possible?
I'm inspired. Please spill some sugar about the biweekly stuff you mentioned
Thanks to God, my daughter who introduced me into the digital market. Moreso, thanks to Ms *Kathleen Mary Vella*
It is the digital market. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US amd abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus
This is a definition of God's unending provisions for his people. God remains faithful to his words. 🙏 I receive this for my household
Lord I pray to be a good wife to the right man you have for me!
Thanks!
Thank you, Father Mike. God bless you all :)

Pray that ALL SOULS (and bodies) are blessed and made anew through the Holy Trinity that is God the Father, our Holy Queen Mother Mary and Jesus Christ) in Union with the Holy Spirit and their own most Holy Spirits so that we will be completely washed of our sins by the power of eternal love and peace that He was sacrificed for so that it may not be used in vein or for any form of evil ever again please. 🙏 Thank you 🕊💒
Thanks Father Mike
Okay, so I’m pretty broke right now, but I’m going to put aside a dollar for every time I listen to Fr. Mike and then at some point send to the campaign to raise money for expansion of the Newman Center at UM Duluth, including the building of a church so they can have a regular place for Mass that isn’t a garage. Who else is in? Here is the link to donate:
And with your spirit, Amen
Greetings Father Mike,
Key Thoughts :-
-> Sunday Homily reflect with, "The Marriage Sacrament nurtures Development of One's Own Family through Spiritual Integrity with Physical Intimacy and Social Maturity among Wedded Couple in Lord Jesus Christ's Path in all aspects of Life."
-> Interestingly Sunday Gospel and Homily resonate with Marriage Gospel Reading and Sermon in every aspects.
->Good ,Clear and Eloquent Homily Insights Father. Thanks.
-> Thanks Virtual Front Pew and Team Ascension Presents.
With regards,
Ranjith Joseph (R.J)
Amen

Sometimes I feel like the only destiny I have is death. I just don't know anything anymore.
I don't know what you are going through in life, however, I sincerely implore you to never give up on life. God does have a Destiny for you that is Good. It may be hard or impossible to see, but Trust this. God is Always Good. I'll Pray for you stranger, I mean it. Take care.
Same here unfortunately we are forced to live forever so there is no escape.
I do wish we speak of Consecrated Life than Religious Life..
I will never allow people to brutalise my wife and children like God allows evil, I cannot love them the way God loves them because I don't want them to be traumatised forever.
Oh Lord I missed the marques
💙 I thought "'infidelity'' was a mortal sin? Is it not grounds for divorce? 💙
It is a mortal sin, but like almost all mortal sin, it is one of which a person can repent. There is no such thing as “grounds for divorce” in Catholicism; marriage is binding and holy, so by definition lasts until the death of one of the spouses (though in the case of a marriage determined to have been made invalidly, annulments are sometimes granted after a thorough and painstaking review by the Church). The Church does recognize that separation is sometimes necessary, as in the case of abuse, but it does not recognize a civil divorce. Without an annulment, a Catholic marriage is lifelong, and even with a legal divorce granted by the state, remarrying is unsanctioned and amounts to adultery.
My advice: Marry a Catholic.
He didn't speak about when you DO get divorced and remarry. What happens then? Am I just condemned forever? My husband remarried BEFORE I did so am I really committing adultery? What about God's grace?
How do I contribute to the capital drive
You can find their website to donate. Search for UMD Newman center. That’s university of Minnesota at Duluth
God sent Satan to destroy my marriage just like he does to other marriages. God also protects some catholic marriages. It's iniquitous how he treats catholics!
Ok this is NOT true. God loves ALL of HIS children.
Priests have no idea what it is like to be married, especially an unhappy marriage.
I respectfully have to disagree. They are married to the church and to our God. To me this would be like being married to each person in the parish. Like he mentioned, pick your poison. He is also given God grace to help those of us who face difficult or abusive marriages.
@@katherinejones8385 Completely wrong, he does not have a wife, he has no idea what it's like to have a wife treat you poorly for many years, he has no idea what it's like to have God destroy your marriage, he has no idea! He makes a lot of money, he lives a joyful life, he doesn't suffer, he has the easiest life and admits it. He is a hypocrite.
No one has an easy life. Not Father Mike, not anyone. I’m sorry yours has been so hard. Mine has been hard, too. But that doesn’t mean we’ve been abandoned by God or the Church. In fact, Jesus told us again and again that in this world we would suffer, and that we had to pick up our cross and follow Him.
Thanks!
Thanks!
