Why do ppl always start with incline dumbbell press at the beginning of the workout? Is there anything special with it due to hypertrophy purposes? I usually start with regular bench press
@@TuanLe-ed7yg But wouldn't it affect the performance of later exercises? I tend to put bench press at the beginning becuz it's the most taxing compound movement and it's also the best buck. I guess it depends on the goals you want on your chest day.

A lot of bodybuilders utilize it to try to emphasize their upper pec region during the beginning of their workouts.
Upper chest so hard to build. That's why almost people do it first. I do it first too
