- Zalgiris Kaunas hosted Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade as Rokas Giedraitis came to play in Lithuania for the first time since signing with the Serbian organization. Even though the red-and-whites had an advantage in the fourth quarter, the Lithuanian team made a comeback to earn their second EuroLeague victory in a row.

It is nothing bad. He just used a little mind game. His team won, so they were pumped up by his comment. If they lost, he would be: Zvezda is a project, built to compete for f4, we are not. He put pressure on Zvezda, and it worked.

@@borivojejasic9934 Mind games have been played in sports long before WWE. Mourinho won half the things he did that way. Ataman isn't considered a great coach but a great manager, thanks to that. Duško Vujošević was probably the best at it from the Balkans, of course Zvezda fans and players helped him a lot by buying into it (history kinda repeats itself). Even sir Alex Ferguson used them. He caused Benites to have public meltdown and retired because Mourinho was starting to do the same to him. And it started way before all of them/us...

Goal of every team that has chances to reach top 8 is also top 4 and to win it. Everyone can win against everybody and whoever reaches top 4 has a chance to take it. This is all logical if you are decent person and realisticly view things. Good intention helps too.
@@borivojejasic9934 No, their coach said that Ćoki said that their goal is F4, and coach said that it will be interesting to play against the F4 level team. No club in Europe, no matter how strong, says in advance that they are an F4 team. Only idiots like Ćoki and Ostoja say that. On the other hand, of course it's funny to hear that someone whose greatest success is the Top 9 sets the goal of winning the Euroleague.
