Phew poor Caesar, hope he gets well soon. So stressful for both of you. He's lucky you are his owners & you noticed he wasn't well, & took him early to the vet, & caught the virus early.
Beautiful. Speedy recovery for Ceaser. There’s an expression an Irish vet friend taught me when I got my kittens (now nearly 8). They have “landed with their bums in the butter” I’d say this is a great example of this.
Thank goodness you both are such caring attentive owners... I'm so happy Cesar is already feeling better. They are both such lucky cats to be with you !!!
Awe , they are just beautiful Kitty's ...They will be home 🏠 and no time ...🐾🐾🐾🐾. Each has their own personality. Poor little guy .. Caesar surely will get better. Poor baby ❤ Thankfully you were able to get him taken care of. Good thing he found a new home that will take good care of him. Good to know about info . Sure does sound like similar medicine people take ....So happy he is getting better, good vet too . 🙏🏻😘❣️🤗
They are so beautiful, there is a big problem here in Cyprus with cat covid, the vet also said it effects more kittens, at least there is a very effective treatment now, I hope ceasar makes a speedy recovery, I love cats they are great company and also a bit 🤪 which makes them even more adorable 😊❤❤❤
They are very beautiful, and no doubt will be much loved. Im also a huge cat lover, and I would encourage anyone to go to their local cat rescue place. They are all doing incredible work, and are over-run with new kittens !. Often they will be out at all different times of day and night going out to rescue strays. I understand that if people want to pay a breeder for a pet, its a choice to do so, but the cat rescue centre's are where its at. So many looking for their forever home, with nothing more than an adoption fee, which will include microchipping, spaying etc.
Hi, so sorry to hear of Caesar’s illness. He’s got the best owners and I’m sure he is taken care of. He and his sister are beautiful kittens. Have a great weekend.
Im so glad Caesar is doing better. It’s scary when you go through something like that. I have two dogs that were extremely sick when they were puppies. We had to keep them in their kennels and wear a mask, gloves and a medical gown when we were around them. They’re now 10 years old. So excited for you guys! It’s the next chapter in your life!😊❤️💄
Oh poor Caesar! I had a new kitten (years ago) that we had to put down because of FIP. We were sooo sad. I’m so glad they have a treatment for this now. I hope he recovers well!
So happy for you...I love cats and have a beautiful persian munchkin named Smudge. So glad Ceasar is feeling better, they are two very beautiful kitties
@@SokiLondon how are the babies reacting to your perfume obsession? I heard that cats might be standoffish if a person uses perfume, cause they have very sensitive sense of smell...
Such cuties! Kittens are totally unpredictable... It is the kitty lottery. Oh no. Poor Caesar! A cure!! The breeders are hopefully compensating you. My heart❤ is breaking for you!!! Pills...good luck!!! You both are so dear. Praying so much for you from the US!!! I a!ready comment ed on Caesar on one of your perfume sites. I must now save up to start buying candles from you!!!
@sokilondon My cat had dry FIP but sounds like Caesar has wet FIP. In this form, the blood vessels are affected, causing fluid to leak from the blood and collect in the abdomen but not inside the stomach itself. This can cause the cat to lose appetite because of the pressure, from fluid build up, on its tummy. Fluid can also collect in the chest, causing breathing issues. There are other forms such as dry, neurological, ocular and also, a combination of these that present in unique ways. Wet FIP is more aggressive, but thankfully, it sounds like you guys started treatment in time. This medication is amazing and works fast. My kitty made a full recovery. Good luck to you guys, but especially to little Caesar. They are both adorable.❤
@@SokiLondon yes you informed the breeder. and yes you love British Longhairs, so wanted a brother and sister from the same litter. Still not a shelter or rescue though. They needed you way more than lining the greedy pockets of a breeder. The kittens are lovely, just not a fan of the ethics around buying from breeders. Its just a business to them
I'm so sorry for that poor kitten. So glad for you you had an insurance, and I hope his treatment works (I've checked and it's forbidden for the moment in my country-France-). I also hope the breeder will take her/his responsibility 😠, his/her breeding must be signaled to the relevant authorities anyways, as this is a contagious virus and his/her other animals are likely to be infected as well.
Your kittens are so cute!!! We have 2 Himalayan girls, got them as kittens together- best decision ever! They love each other and are never bored because there is 2 of them. However, about 4 years ago we went through a loss of a kitten due to FIP… she was a Himalayan as well and when we got her at 12 weeks she was very playful, ate, drank and everything was wonderful. A couple of weeks later, I’ve noticed a fatter belly on her. Took her to the vet, did blood work, an X-ray of her abdomen… and the vet confirmed that it was a type of coronavirus called FIP…. It was hard especially for my daughter because this kitten Ellie was gifted to her…. There was no treatment at the time for our Ellie and all we could due was to enjoy her for a little more time and then unfortunately she had to be euthanized 😢…it was very difficult 😥 We miss her!!! But now we have Lexie and Chloe- two healthy beautiful Himalayan girls that we love and adore and can’t imagine life without them ❤ Hope that the treatment helps your little one and he’ll be off to a speedy recovery and a wonderful life ahead of him with his sister!!!❤
Wow. I think 3000 for FIP treatment is really reasonable. I've known of people who've paid quite a bit more than that. Hopefully you will get results. I can remember a time when FIP was 100% fatal to any cat who contracted it. Good luck with your babies.
Sounds like a problematic breeder. The kittens also look very young. But I know some countries allow kittens to be taken from their mothers way too early at 8 weeks.

Did you inform the breeder?
Why didn't you adopt from a shelter, or a rescue?
Yes we have :)
I love British longhairs and we wanted to have a brother and sister from the same litter 🐈⬛🐈⬛
