Some speedway racing from the pre war era . Cannot be sure which track it was filmed at , probably a London venue , looks like it may be Hackney ?
The film was produced by Piccadilly Productions , very enjoyable !

Speedway is still very much alive and well.

Yes it is . I find speedway so exciting to watch . A fair chance over the next two or three years we could get Swindon , Coventry , Wolves , back on track and possibly a team at Northampton now they are revamping their stadium !

Yes Hackney Roy,Frank Hodgson was the captain who after the war was captain of Middlesbrough Bears along with his brother Jack.
