It means your arms should align with your shoulder level , arms neither be closed to knees nor towards forward.

If we wnt do only cat pose , we start from abdomen but how to release to neural position vice versa for cow pose, which pose benifit lower back and which pose upper back
It is a gentle warm-up designed to bring flexibility and release tension in the spine. Cat and cow pose is an ideal exercise for back pain as it stretches your lower and upper back, torso and neck. Including your hip flexors, abdominal muscles, upper back muscles like the trapezius, spinal erectors, and lower back muscles.

You can place folded blanket or towel under ankle it will be comfortable for you .

Useful exercise but you should change your t-shirt. I thing an other color give more contrast to your video. Otherwise great job.
Next time wear a dark shirt if the background is light. Common sense is so uncommon.
