There are two kinds of react content. There is lazy react content, where people just nod to the side while the video plays, or describe the video, or even leave while the audience watches. And then we have those like Alana, who turned a video of less than 20 minutes and another of 13 (resulting in just a bit over half an hour) into more than an hour, just through reacting with her chat. I know I'm always saying something like this but it just has to be said. If I ever do react content, I hope to follow Alana's example.

I think a lot Americans don't get just how uneventful and chill countries like Germany are. Lived here for my entire life and the last negative encounter I had with a cop was when I was a small kid riding my bike home from elementary school and some fat cop annoyed me over my missing lights on my bike. Mind you it was in July where it was already bright in the morning when I rode to school and there weren't even any clouds in the sky when I rode home. Literally my last bad encounter. Nuisance lawsuit are law suits that are settled for the purpose of getting rid of the law suit as while the corporation will generally win, it would be more expensive to fight the suit than pay the people who sued to F off (not a credible source, I get half my information from Law & Order and the other from legal eagle). i do have a formal education in law . a lot of what cops do is not only immoral but illegal . i bet you didnt know that cops legally can lie to you . that cops will extend stops without RAS . most of them dont even know what the constitution is. they are not your friends.

No lawyer will file that lawsuit, and it will be rejected by the courts , for the same reason it will be rejected by the lawyers, it’s invalid on it’s face ( might be using the term in the wrong context but you get the idea).

i ALMOST never agree with filming police because i think it all goes to the filmers head and they sort of get that big ego. not even just the crazies i had a friend film her cop interaction and she’s not crazy but she got that phone out and started acting like she owned the police officer.

Nuisance lawsuit are law suits that are settled for the purpose of getting rid of the law suit as while the corporation will generally win, it would be more expensive to fight the suit than pay the people who sued to F off (not a credible source, I get half my information from Law & Order and the other from legal eagle). So while I can kind of understand why Destroy Lawz thinks it a legal term, because it’s used in courtroom procedural dramas, it is not a basis for defamation, SmugAlana is more or less right about the requirements of defamation and it is a very high bar as it pertains to freedom of speech, and in America, all speech is protected from government regulations (well almost all) so unless they recently got rid of the constitution that Destroy Lawz loves so much and gets wrong so often, then the defamation suit is not even going to get filed with a court.

That first situation with the gas station shut down was clearly a crime scene, and he just walks up and says " I don't see a reason this has station needs to be shut down." Passengers do not have to provide ID unless they are suspected of a crime. Drivers in some states have to, even without suspicion of a crime, due to operating a motor vehicle. If you harass the cops it could be considered impeding their work as an active scene is up to 180 days and a fine of 1k in nevada. Hes technically doin this and ended up in jail for 180 days I believe lol
I think this guy drives around looking for cops to harass. Being an American cop definitely isn't the most respected position nowadays, sometimes for actual reasons, but that is still another person my guy.

It's absolutely your right to film the police in public areas. However, harassing the cops like this in the middle of their work is obviously not something you should be doing and can put you in danger of being arrested for interfering with law officers. Film the interaction, stay away, don't engage.
