Complete spot on analysis from Stephen A Smith & Michael Irvin. Any way you spin it, Stephen & Michael are right. Urban Meyer HAS to be fired at the end of the Season. I am on another note genuinely curious to know what Jimmy Johnson did differently with the Cowboys when they were going 1-15 that Urban Meyer isn't doing with these 2-11 Jags. Considering Urban is friends with Jimmy it might be a great idea for him to ask for advice on what to do because he clearly needs help. I wanted Urban Meyer to succeed, and I believe the majority of people, Jaguars fan or not wanted him to succeed too. I don't think he's a bad guy or a bad Head Coach, but he just isn't able to make that transition from College to the NFL at this point in time. I hope he's able to win the next two games against the Texans and Jets. Maybe that'll help his cause with the Team but it's almost a forgone conclusion at this point that Meyer will be fired at some point in the Offseason, and that is very unfortunate for everyone involved, from Shad Kahn to myself as a fan.
Difference being that that team had next to zero talent with a treasure trove of picks in the coming years. Also that team despite being short of talent never quit on the team or the coach. Not so with Urban.
