All the plug needed was a quick "touch" from the Dremel or carbide, or, probably just tap an expendable extension (or whatever) into it to open up the scuffed corner of the square.

Orrrr. Replace it so it's back to original quality 😗👌. This car is brand new. It's a crash job. Insurance paid for everything. There was a lot more damage than this. Everything damaged got replaced

@@TEVIDEOS Actually I was mostly referring to extracting the plug.
A gentle hammer tap to a "throwaway" breaker bar (shoot it wouldn't hurt even your best one) would've done the job. Whatever. Lot of ways to skin a cat.
Speaking of skinned... lol I'm not convinced that the plug was "skinned" in the crash. But if the insurance adjuster was sold on a plug and fluid change, more power to ya.
Brand new car... why not have the new plug ready and lose only about a tablespoon of fluid, plus save the refill procedure time?

Our parts department is awful. They ordered the fill plug and not the drain plug 🙄 Didn't realize until right after ending this video 😅👌 So yeah I suppose I should have double checked first 😞 it's exhausting having to religiously double check everything
