In July 2021, Kelly Clarkson made a fresh start amid her divorce and snagged a new $5.4 million mansion in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles for herself and her kids. The purchase of her traditional, white-shingled estate came after finally selling her opulent lakefront palace in Tennessee after 4 years on the market, while she was still trying to sell her marital mansion in Encino as well. Today we’ll be looking at Kelly’s properties, including her current, 5000 square foot home which is nothing short of picturesque.

Fun fact: Melissa McCarthy lives right next to Kelly. Also, Kelly doesn't have the Encino home anymore. It sold in September for 8.24 million. Not sure why you said it's still on the market.

The Tennessee home is exactly perfect I would say! Maybe because it had more children items for kids to do things and play outside! Beautiful home and absolutely perfect I believe. The third home was too blah for being a mansion! Needs a lot of updating! The first home, the NEW HOME, is quite beautiful but still not as high class as the Tennessee mansion I think. Still, whatever makes Kelly Clarkson happy makes me happy for her😍😘🎊❤️🙏🏽

I love Kelly's new home the best. It seems to reflect who she is today. I think her ex-husband may have had a heavy hand in selecting the other homes as I think he's going to miss the lifestyle Kelly gave him but it's not like he's empty-handed. He just needs to get a job of his own or maybe he can find another star to support him once his alimony runs out.

I just wish I had a house that had some room in it
Stairs stairs and stairs. My Dad as he got older couldn't handle stairs too well. Then another person I knew had those hard wood stairs, slipped on them and had to go to the hospital. Seriously looking into a house that doesn't have so many stairs. And heard about alake house where the robbers came up on jet skis. I don't know what they thought they could take with them on a jet ski.
That kitchen in Kelly’s Toluca Lake home was not a “Kitchenette”. It had a full fridge ans what looked like a stove. Isn’t Kitchenette a kitchen with a plug in counter stove, that sits on counter.

I've always wondered how many sq. feet a mansion considered.
I think 8,000 is still too low. I have a couple friends with 8-10,000 SQ ft homes. They don't consider them mansions.
@@kathykov1 Actually, a real estate broker gave me this tid bit. 8800 sq ft. is the starting point of a Mac Mansion class and so I hear that's where the classification begins. Kelly Clarkson is down grading!! In her divorce she lost one of her lungs, her kidneys, and her liver..... financially. When you have to pay what she has to pay in alimony you are paying your employer to come to work at that point. It's sad!
