He was raised in costal Massachusetts and the ingredients list may be a bit more 'cheffy' but i'd eat that crab cake as quick as anything out of Maryland or even my own recipe. Crab cakes are not difficult to do.

Hunter Smith I'm sure it was precooked crabmeat. he sautéed then threw it in a salamander to heat it up and crust the top.
