Helping a Woman Organize an EPIC YARD SALE w/ The Stuff She Inherited

Part 3 of 4: Sorting an enormous amount of clothes, then finding a hidden closet FULL of MORE clothes. I’ll also talk about the importance of starting now to reduce your stuff so your loved ones aren’t left to deal with it all.
Heather inherited her mom's house after her mom, stepdad, and 2 sisters passed away all within a short few years. She hired me to help her figure out what to do with it all. After spending 14 days over the course of two months on organizing mostly clothing, pillows, linens, and decor in preparation for a huge yard sale, there were a lot of lessons learned and things both Heather and I would do differently.
This will be a four-part series, each with a different purpose. This one I will be organizing the clothes from Dorothy’s (Heather’s mom’s) and John’s (Heather’s stepdad’s) room, sorting and organizing another closet in a downstairs bedroom, sorting and organizing another entire bedroom of clothes, thinking I was about done, only to find out there is a HIDDEN CLOSET in that bedroom with even more clothes and shoes to sort. I called in reinforcements at that point (my Mom) to help me get it all organized in time for the upcoming yard sale. I think you will be convinced after seeing the enormity of all that Heather was left to deal with after the passing of so many family members to start reducing your stuff NOW, so you don’t leave the burden to anyone else to deal with.
