Thanks very much for the video. How do you get the colored bars across HRD alert like WSJT-X? I cant seem to find a setting that will enable it. Ray N0HFS

We designed it so it happens automatically. About 10% of the users are missing some sort of Microsoft component that doesn't color them. It's something we're working. But in the end... there's nothing you should need to do.

I too have this issue, was it ever resolved?

@@garyhamilton7111- no, it still exists. I bet it’s more than 10% of users also. I have two different windows computers, one Win7 and one Win10. Neither one displays the colored bars.

You talk about your contact being “confirmed “… what are you using to confirm your contact? LoTW? QRZ?

You get to decide whether you want to use LOTW, eQSL, or QSL cards. (For me, primarily interested in ARRL awards like DXCC, I'm configured to only consider LOTW and QSL cards because that's what the DXCC considers to be a confirmation.)

Glad you found it helpful, Bill. Since I started testing HRD Alert, I've added over 200 band slots in my DXCC Challenge (now at 2,247)... in SIX MONTHS.
