    What is Inside Flow Yoga?
    Inside Flow Yoga is the modern style of yoga in which you're singing a song with your body.
    Inside Flow is a combination of yoga, music and choreography.
    This modern yoga style can teach you a lot about grace. In this yoga style - which is based on Vinyasa Flow - a choreography of Asanas is practiced to the rhythm of a song.
    This is not only a physically demanding practice but also makes an incredibly light and smooth impression.

    em tập cũng mấy năm mà nghỉ dịch gần năm trời, lười ko tự tập nên giờ lại coi như bắt đầu lại từ đầu, và không bao giờ nhớ được bài như chị làm. Mà chị tập mềm mại vậy là phải siết cơ nhiều lắm chứ đùa và giữ hơi thở rất đều nữa chứ, trong mềm có cứng.
