Yoga is for the individual, and this expression is breathtaking.
Very good 👍

Thanks ❤
¡Of course that looks amazing!!
But i do not understand when yoga became a sensual dance-movement with music, expensive mats-tool and with pretty clothing where people can see how fit your body is.. makes me feel, weird. I do love practicing yoga and meditating, actually i teach yoga… but when i dance, yes i dance and move my body in a very amazing way, but asanas are sacred, asanas are the way to go in, to observe the movement inside: my sadness, my anger, my lightness, my fear, or my tranquility and one day truly understand oneness… I guess i needed to say it because suddenly something that i have practiced for almost 14 years is going to something else making me feel quite lost.
I think it was with Shiva Rey in the 90s, but that was when I discovered it. It could have happened earlier. What I appreciate most about yoga is its sacredness, as well as its ability to meet individuals wherever they are in their journey. It's a personal experience that teaches us to be more accepting, kinder, and less judgmental. If yoga doesn't help us achieve these qualities, then the journey is wasted.
