I am veterinarian and an amateur horn player. As a vet. I first check the pulse, as a horn player and when it comes to Bach I first check "Sarabande" and.... Brilliant!!

I've never liked this piece at all - NOT one of Bach's more brilliant creations - but it does sound much better on the bassoon than on the cello.
if you listen closely, you can hear the little clicks of his fingers moving about the instrument :)
