    Oh wow! Thank you so much for sharing how you made these, cutting as you go. I would never have thought of this, In fact, I have made them before. Tried boiling and cutting and it just made a big mess!
    I have been making pasta since I was a little girl along with my mother who was from Trieste, but we never made cannelloni. It was usually ravioli, or cut pasta. Can't wait to try it. I have the same machine which was hers.

      Hi, I’m so glad to hear from you! You are right, this is the messless method, the only thing… make sure that there is enough liquid because raw pasta absorb a little bit more. Best regard ❤️
