So many generic comments, like people are fishing for attention and didn’t even watch the video. But focusing on such that’s negativity thinking. So: even though these might exist, I still got great value. I’m going to apply this idea of bringing positive memories into my negative thoughts to transform them.
The video thumbnail should be a picture of war and chaos with "THIS IS WHY WE'RE ALL DOOMED!!!" written in giant uppercase letters. Then the video should start with the question, "Why did you click on this video?". Then it should go into explaining what the negativity bias is and how the video's negative clickbait thumbnail manipulated the viewer and made them more likely to click on it than on a video with a positive thumbnail. Everybody needs to understand the negativity bias and how media companies and TH-cam "influencers" exploit it to make money out of generating fear and anger. Ironically, the most effective way to combat the negativity bias and raise awareness about it is to exploit it the same way that others with less noble intentions do so that more people click on your video.
Your channel is so helpful and awesome, I lack the appropriate words to adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for your contributions - and also having a most pleasant to hear voice - I am someone who can verify the majority of the practices with my life experience. You are doing mankind a service worth more than all the monies in the world combined. Truly, thank you so much! 🙏💗💖💞
thank you for this video and your channel. I feel better learning from TH-cam more than from college or school classes. actually they dont even teach things like these there. I feel so glad Im in America

That Harvard study doesn't show a negativity bias, it shows a bias toward what you've been told to look for. Which is what the Harvard study *says* it shows.
Well the wording the title "your" as if one knows what's going on in my head is already setting off my negativity bias. There's a certain ignorance to wording things with "you" and "your". The perspective is all wrong.
Is this a horrible example or ... ? The participants job was to identify blue dots. We now know that they expected more blue dots. So they counted more blue dots. If the same happened with angry faces, then it only proves that the mind was searching for more because of the task the participants where assigned to do and that it got accustomed to a ratio. If this test was repeated, but with very happy to just a little happy faces, the participants would see more very happy faces. The thing with the tiger is good. But the dot-faces example is bad. OR it's explained badly.

How to find happiness.
1. Inhale
2. Exhale
3. Be Grateful
4. Repeat
Sooooooo much easier said than done. I really wish it was that simple.
