To me, the whole area is perfect for slow living and natural beauty. But if you want to travel, it's a long haul to the international airports in DC or Baltimore or Phil. As I mentioned, it's ridiculous to move there to save $ on real estate taxes because the whole market has eaten up those savings with higher base pricing of the homes . If you take a closer look at new home development, the so-called incentives don't amount to very much as they have raised their base prices by at least $25k or more over the last three years. Like in Florida, there's a surge in inventory. Maybe current buyers just don't care about the above, but I would.
Matt, as always, our hats are off to you for helping us resettle in Lewes from Southern California. Now, with a lifetime pass to Cape Henoplen State Park, with bikes and kayaks, what's not to love about slower lower Delaware? We appreciate your videos as always!
I'm currently working on graduate study at University of Delaware as an international student. Could you please talk about that area with me, Matt? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks sooo much!!!

Thanks for the info very informative.
Glad it was helpful!
Stick with Lewes and Rehoboth. The value of your home is worth the most in those two locations.

You guys are the best!
And all we want is them to go to Florida and leave Delaware alone
My dream is go to the USA with my family 🙏✈️🇺🇸 after go back to Brazil 🇧🇷
There's nothing left in slower lower, everything is sold. Move to the Jersey shore.
NJ taxes are ridiculous.

If you are asking about the Newark area unfortunately that’s outside of our area of expertise
How about Milford? Do you think it will grow like Milton?
Milford is definitely growing - but I think it will be a while before it sees the same growth as Milton.
