Not really, it all comes down to how well its made & what _you_ like. Gordon is an amazing chef and great help to so many businesses, but i feel like he does compare everything to some top tier EU/UK restaurant food standards, which isn't entirely fair on US food standards (with all due respect etc) There are just different standards in the US, which is totally fine as long as customers keep coming back. Which isn't to say EU/UK food standards won't bring in possibly more customers, it often will, but people in the US are just used to US standards and likely have less issue with things than he does. That pizza wasn't okay tho, if made with a bit more understanding of pizza making/balancing ingredients/etc i'm sure it would have been nice, but it looked like "a soggy mess", i'm pretty sure the key to a good pizza is not using too large an amount of wet ingredients & knowing how hot & for how long it needs to go in the oven. They clearly failed that bit.

I have had Maine lobster and Maritime Canadian lobster, and the Canadian lobster is by far the best. As much as I like Chef Ramsay, I lost some respect for his palate today!! When the lobster season opens in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in May, you'll find the lobsters are full of meat, and if cooked right, it can't be beat!!
It makes me laughed when Gordon put a damn shits to the faces of these pretending to be chef or 😅and cook anyhow . Oh poor customers they don’t have any idea how bad and old those foods . Imagine the fish stink ? Eww means it’s old and the owner still disagrees with that . How awful
Excuse me. Canadian lobsters are not of lower quality than Main lobsters, quite the contrary; The fresher and colder waters of Canada make them more robust with much more flavour. The reason Canadian lobsters are lower in price is simply because they are more plentiful in Canada. The U.S. takes advantage of their customers with higher prices by having them believe they are a different lobster of better quality somehow, which is ridiculous, but good for their marketing and profits.
These restaurants actually requested his help because they were struggling, while chain restaurants don’t need the help as they’ll earn money regardless.
