The LT1 has the same Brembo breaks of front. Same performance suspension as the SS. (Mag. ride is in the track option on the SS). as Standard you get the 40 series tires on 20" wheels, not on the lower trim levels (50 on 18) (V6,V4) and the extra cooling as the SS. I have the LT1 with RS and Redline edition. Satin Steel Gray Metallic. Redline option changes the look of the front a bit. Click around on the Chevy site in the build your own section. The RS combined with Redline option changes the appearance quite a bit. And as you can see LT1 has the SS hood. If I lived where the palm trees grow, I would get the SS just for the bigger size tires, goes real good with that 6.2. But i'm stuck here in snow country and need the all season tires the LT1 comes with. It will help a bit.
Compared to the SS this has no track mode, no rear diff cooler, no rear lip spoiler, no brembos for the rear brakes, smaller 245 rear wheels and Goodyear runflat all seasons. Is there anything else major I am missing? I mean it's a decent list of options but if your not tracking the car it's just fine for the price IMO.
Sorry dude, I do not have any use for all that electronice garbage. Oh yeah, what is the melting temp of all that plastic? I had a car that actually melted in 2011 summer when it got record temps. Had the windows down and under a shade tree, Damn thing still melted.

Good video but if you’re going to sell cars and do videos, then don’t use terms like I don’t believe that is a option. Be precise. Saying things like I don’t believe it’s a option just shows you don’t know. This is not meant to be offensive. Just some friendly advice. Especially when building the car online it clearly states there’s an option to have the car in a convertible style equipped the same way. I’ve purchased way to many new cars then I should and I can tell you I’ve walked away from more salesman then I’ve purchased from because they don’t know there products they are selling. As a consumer it’s frustrating.
Appreciate the advice. I do go through a process before each video of learning the vehicles. Of course I will not know everything but I try to retain as much knowledge as possible to give information to my viewers.
Chevy CLE you’re welcome. I can tell from your video that you are sincere and want to help your customers in any way possible. Keep up the good work and set yourself apart from the pack. Knowledge is power. In these hard times American manufactures need all the help we as Americans can give them. I’m a die hard Chevy guy but have owned many different brands. I have a friend of mine who wears a suit everyday. He started in a Chevrolet dealer not unlike the one you work for. Just by dressing to impress got him more customers. I wish you well and will follow your channel. I’ll give you a shot to sell me my next truck.
I hope they fixed that transmission/engine Problem..it jerks In reverse and stalled alot...I took my back multiple times to the dealership.. btw $34/36k is alot money
herby jerome not really it’s a pretty good deal considering other cars are going from 40k to 55k and in some cases even 60k so 34k to 36k is pretty good
Paul Bickley I agree they make it sound as if $32k is affordable while ignoring what 32k can buy you elsewhere. I wanted a 2018 Mustang desperately. After a few upgrades (leather electronic dash rims). It was pushing 34k before taxes. I LOL for a FORD? And bought a convertible 300 Mercedes instead. For less. Shame tithe you’re all have lost what both the Camaro and Stang used to be. Affordable fun and accessible
Yeah with everything going in the world people are selling planes & cars and things. people just aren't investing into the future when being quarintined at home. I love the car, I just would have a very hard time justifying buying it. Also if this has cam chains, I heard they don't last long and get worn & stretched out over time & miles. Nothing is built like it used to be!
No one is buying this thing because it looks basically like the intro model back in 2009, actually it looks worse. Who wants to go to a dealership and she'll out big bucks for a new car that looks like a 10 year old model. GM needs to stop being so cheap and redesign this car!
@@ChevyCLE Really that is surprising I thought people were no longer buying Camaros and cars in general. I do not see a lot of them on the roads maybe it's a regional thing in Southeast GA all you see people driving is stupid trucks!
Not with the all season tires that are all the same size (SS models have staggered sizes), standard V6 rear brakes (non-Brembo), and most importantly, missing 2 oil coolers. You take an un-modified LT1 to the track and run it hard, it won't perform near the level of an SS and you could end up with cooling issues.
Never buy a red car... Red cars are rear ended more than any other car. The contrast between the brake lights and the rear RED colored car. I dont even like following red cars... I dont want to roll into one.
You should not be driving on public roads. If you are seriously afraid of rolling into a red car because you can't see if the tail lights are on you need to sell your car, give your license to a family member or friend and stop endangering the public.

Isn't the battery in the back? Only the +/- wires reach the front, I think. Nice , anyhow !
Battery in back where spare tire lives. That front box is a relay.
that's a vent in the hood to relieve pressure and increase flow from radiator, not a scoop.
It's a poor mans SS yet still not an SS. Spend the extra couple grand get the SS. You'll get the suspension and track mode
It's the same suspension as the SS. What's the difference?
The LT is not cheap lmao. The only difference is the track mode. Most people just use it to just drive. So I don’t think that matters much.

"Most Affordable" depends on what incentives are available when u buy.
Of course. I don't show incentives since they change monthly!
Sorry dude, I do not have any use for all that electronice garbage. Oh yeah, what is the melting temp of all that plastic? I had a car that actually melted in 2011 summer when it got record temps. Had the windows down and under a shade tree, Damn thing still melted.
LT1 like 93 to 97 Camaro 5.7L 350 LT1 ???
No new generation lt1 . From the c7 corvette .
It's time for a total design change for the Camaro . I use to own a 1968 SS 396 Camaro and a 1969 RS Camaro ... Chevy Needs to have the same quality of workmanship and materials as Audi and Mercedes . Chev is using too much plastics , old technology .
The V8 needs higher tuning... 73 HP per liter is not that great.
This Camaro is very adequately nimble for it's size prob super charge setup
Is Greg I think that's his name there used car manager still there?
No Greg here!
@@ChevyCLE ok must've retired then, when my dad was living that's the only dealership he went to buy his many Chevy conversion vans & we still own it that's our long distance driver it's a Chevy Express 1500 Expidition...
Ugh they turned a once beautiful car into a camary.
5th gen look better, but still a beautiful car
No, the front end does not look aggressive at all.
Thats your opinion!
Sean Kadar Thanks Sean! I appreciate all of the information and the opportunity. Setting yourself apart from others is key I’ve noticed.
Is this LT1 as much a nightmare as the old LT1's from the 1990's? Does a tune-up cost $600?
Nope. Completely different car!
hood vent not hood scoop
Color doesn't do it justice
No it does not!
Imagine forced induction on it.
High end v6
...deleted Brembo rear brake calipers also ...
I hope they fixed that transmission/engine Problem..it jerks In reverse and stalled alot...I took my back multiple times to the dealership.. btw $34/36k is alot money
herby jerome not really it’s a pretty good deal considering other cars are going from 40k to 55k and in some cases even 60k so 34k to 36k is pretty good
Every $12,000 u finance is "about" a $200 a month payment.
WOW. Only $34+. Ya that's a real low ball.
Yes, but you need to look at the vehicles in this class. It is the most affordable for a V8 if you check all other brands.
How affordable is affordable???
Cheapest v8
All model styles chev camaro very small the passeger set off camaro
Ehh..
No one is buying this thing because it looks basically like the intro model back in 2009, actually it looks worse. Who wants to go to a dealership and she'll out big bucks for a new car that looks like a 10 year old model. GM needs to stop being so cheap and redesign this car!
I can't keep them in stock right now lol.
@@ChevyCLE Really that is surprising I thought people were no longer buying Camaros and cars in general. I do not see a lot of them on the roads maybe it's a regional thing in Southeast GA all you see people driving is stupid trucks!
Doesn't even have spoiler ugh...
then get a rs v6 with a spoiler god bless America
You can order it with a spoiler any type just doesn’t
Also fastest around a track I believe
Not with the all season tires that are all the same size (SS models have staggered sizes), standard V6 rear brakes (non-Brembo), and most importantly, missing 2 oil coolers. You take an un-modified LT1 to the track and run it hard, it won't perform near the level of an SS and you could end up with cooling issues.
Didn’t know they still made Camaros .
I think the end is near
Still making them! Still popular.

Too bad it’s an automatic
I have a manual in stock right now!
@@ChevyCLE good the manual gets respect.
Auto trans is a downgrade
not in any way
Too bad its such a fucking small car
It is a coupe lol.
This thing is ugly...looks exactly like an inline 4 camaro...hahaha...interior is trash too....just get an ss for not that much more...
Damn , the interior looks more plasticky than a Kardashian!🤢👎
Never buy a red car... Red cars are rear ended more than any other car. The contrast between the brake lights and the rear RED colored car. I dont even like following red cars... I dont want to roll into one.
All your preference my friend!
Also they get more tickets, cops noticed them more than any other car.
You should not be driving on public roads. If you are seriously afraid of rolling into a red car because you can't see if the tail lights are on you need to sell your car, give your license to a family member or friend and stop endangering the public.
This is what we like to call the Ferrari effect can't tell you how many times I got pulled over my 2020 red Honda Civic

Red and Yellow are the colors that the human eye notices the most....thats why a lot of retail stores use those colors.
